The massage was excellent!! The spa was in bad shape! The staff was very stressed, there was no hot water and the jacuzzi was closed, it is unlikely that I took a day off in honor of the following conditions!

This is a sports spa in which everything is good - saunas, jacuzzi, pool and massage. Массаж ето вообще нечто! Ruven did it to me and I am completely in awe of the quality of the service! And stones and hot towels and a lot of warm oil and in general - this is a real cherry on the cake! Recommend from soul!

We booked a treatment for my birthday. The horrible experience started with the horrible service we received from Spa Plus representatives. Beyond that, it is also not reflected at the time of booking that the place is under renovation and that the entrance to the pool is with a bathing device only. In addition to the fact that we could not enter the pool (due to the lack of a suitable cap for the place's requirement) and the renovations in the complex, which did not really add to the atmosphere, the massage I received was also of a very low standard. Bottom line - I did not enjoy the experience even one percent. I'm canceling my Spa Plus subscription and I'm sure I won't be returning to the Holmes Place spa complex either.

The massage was excellent, in terms of planning and atmosphere it was terribly incomprehensible what was going on there, the place was under renovation, the spa complex was not near the jacuzzi and the changing rooms and you had to go through the corridors with people after the massage in bathing suits without robes... When we asked for a robe they said there were none , we arrived as a couple and they separated us with a massage, each in a different place, there was no drink inside that you could buy or alcohol that you could sit by the pool and drink, we were expecting something a little different

It was a very embarrassing experience, we arrived at the place, no one explained to us what was going on, all the walls were broken, and the place was under renovation, they put us in a tiny room and we waited until someone came to us, my therapist - Orly was really excellent but the other therapist - didn't know a word of Hebrew and neither Do a treatment that will accelerate well at all. And also the jacuzzi - it was quite small and there were about 20 people sitting inside, and the sauna in general is gender neutral, so it was not a pleasant experience for the couple, we left very quickly and did not stay

I paid for a spa in a double room, it turns out that there is no such option at all. The masseurs were 5 minutes late and after the delay I argued with them because they said there are no double rooms here and everything is separated, I talked to the manager and she just answered like a robot, she didn't care at all and the best part is that in the middle of all this talk another masseur gave her a shoulder massage. And only when I pointed out to her that it was just a hallucination did she stop him. Regardless of that, the place is very old and everything is broken there, destroyed before renovation.. In general, an experience that I will not recommend to anyone. Only the massage was good
