Hello, a few things that shouldn't be: I had to pay 15 NIS, I gave 50 NIS and they told me - I don't have any extra, I'll bring it to you later, it didn't happen, they didn't bring me any extra, secondly, they called me in for treatment and said I only had 20 minutes of treatment, they started investigating and realized that there was a mistake, it's my time, my treatment, in the end another therapist took me. In general, the most well-kept and clean place (I've never been there). I hope the management will look different, more responsible, and of course cleanliness is the most important thing in this place. In general, it was a pleasant experience because the therapist was professional. That's what I was looking for.

The service is disgusting. You didn't enter our way - we are not responsible, they didn't want to give me a lock for the researcher until I explained that I didn't intend to run naked with a towel all over the gym to put my things and I'm not buying a lock for the researcher for an hour-long massage. The place is quite neglected, there are no robes. The therapist was excellent (Katya) Bell is a freelancer and has no connection to the spa itself. I will never go back there again. An unpleasant experience.

I didn't have a pleasant experience at all. I was 10 minutes late. Even though I arrived at the place, we just got mad in the parking lot. There were a million entries. So instead of being considerate, they took my husband out ahead of time. So instead of 50 minutes, it was a total of 35 minutes. They would charge full price. They could have given him a few more minutes, but there wasn't even anyone to talk to. And one more thing: I booked a female therapist for my husband and he had a male therapist and no one informed me that there was no therapist. Of course, I don't want to go back because I didn't have a pleasant experience at all. You guys act like robots!!! Without a drop of emotion or understanding.

Unfortunately, in recent years it has become a factory, there is no spa atmosphere, intimacy, etc. In addition, the jacuzzi has not been able to be enjoyed for two years due to constant renovations. What a shame.

We did the couples massage for me it was a good experience but my partners masseuse was on his phone throughout the treatment, barely did the massage, and left the client feeling that it was less than adequate. This massage cost hundreds of shekels and the result was worth far less than that, very disappointed. I have yet to hear back from the spa regarding the experience despite complaining to 2 different workers and talking to the spa about it already.

We came to the spa for my sister's birthday and had an excellent and very professional massage experience. The therapists were pleasant, attentive, and the massage itself was of a high standard and very relaxing. Unfortunately, we arrived late and also had to leave early to pick up the children, so we did not have time to enjoy all the options and facilities that the spa offers, but only the massage itself. There is no doubt that this was a miss on our part, because the place looks very inviting and pleasant. We would be very happy to return again in the future, especially for a spa package that includes only a massage, at a more affordable and convenient price compared to the full package we took this time. The treatment was for a couple, so the review is divided into 2: Miriam, the therapist, was excellent, the temperature in the room was excellent and the bed was heated. Great massage. The other therapist (I think named Orian) - was not good: not attentive to the body, froze the room, very cold bed, when asked to heat the room she simply turned off the air conditioner, which was operating on cooling. Big disappointment.

Overall it was okay, the massage was good and the masseuse was very nice. In terms of the place itself, I can't say I would want to go back again. The spa is inside a gym, the reception doesn't bring a towel unless you ask for it, and neither do slippers. The sauna and pool with the jacuzzi are inside the gym complex, which is inconvenient. The spa has four tami with water and supposedly a tea stand without tea...so in that sense it sucked.
