When we arrived, we thought there was a spa with a jacuzzi and a sauna inside the complex, but everything was external and separate from the spa and not what was actually shown. The pool was not hot at all, and even though it was time for the spa, someone on her own accord moved us to 1 o'clock and not 12 o'clock as we had scheduled. We did not enjoy it at all.

A sleepy place with no treats..I had to specifically ask for a bathrobe..not to mention the terrible slippers that I only received after requesting. The locker rooms are shocking. The pool is small but the temperature is pleasant. The "coffee corner" was neglected and even the cookie bowls were empty. There is no jacuzzi and there is no spa atmosphere in any way. The small bar at the pool opens around 12. After the masseuse was late for the massage and it turned out that the massage (which was nice) was shortened by ten minutes, we received cocktails on the house but unfortunately it is still a very disappointing experience. If you are looking for fun and pampering...this is less the place in my opinion.

A rare hotel, everything is clean, very high standard, even in the spa everything was perfect down to the last detail, the only drawback is that there is no jacuzzi, even though the pool is heated, but it was still cold to get into the water, other than that everything was perfect

We enjoyed every moment, the beautiful hotel and the quiet and calm pool, the breakfast full of cheeses and lots of fresh food, from pastries of all kinds to spreads and cheeses. The massage was good and relaxing and the stay in the pool with the nice lifeguard who makes sure everyone has a good time and nothing is missing.

We came for a spa day, 4 women it was perfect! The massage was amazing, totally pampered. The breakfast was served as a buffet, a rich buffet with many flavors, types of food, types of drinks. There was an excellent atmosphere in the spa, the facilities were also very impressive and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
