We came for a spa day, 4 women it was perfect! The massage was amazing, totally pampered. The breakfast was served as a buffet, a rich buffet with many flavors, types of food, types of drinks. There was an excellent atmosphere in the spa, the facilities were also very impressive and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

We announced that we would be 10 minutes late and they confirmed to us that everything was fine and that we would arrive, we went in for a massage 4 people in a quarter of an hour late some got 45 minutes of massage and I got 30 minutes on the clock instead of 50 minutes very very disappointing

A beautiful and well-kept place, very clean. The attitude of the staff is very kind. The breakfast was really excellent, the massage was good (score 8 from 1 to 10). Swimming pool in an excellent place, great atmosphere, clean water. The only criticism is that there was no convenient place to shower before going home. Although, there is a shower in the pool complex, but the shower is old, there was no hot water and the shower door did not lock. We left at 15:00 and the reception said that we could have a more proper shower only at 18:30 due to the rush.

Since then it was excellent but they changed my order twice! I booked a double room with a therapist and a nanny. After a few days, I was called that there were only two nannies that day, and I confirmed without a choice. After that, they called me one day before the spa, and after I didn't answer, I called the reception at my house in the Galilee and the guy confirmed the order in front of me and didn't inform me that there was a problem. Towards evening, a girl sent me a message on WhatsApp and wrote to me that there was one therapist and that we would have to do one therapy after the other. I was terribly disappointed and because it was in honor of my partner's birthday I could not change to another day either. Apart from the massage itself, I was very disappointed that I paid for couple therapy and in the end they split us up and we did not receive compensation
