A lovely, cozy, clean and beautiful place. The workers who were renovating made some noise and it was disturbing, there were also customers who were talking loudly. Recommendation to the management: install a "Keep the sink" sign, like in all sites of this type. Anyone who wants to talk on a speakerphone, put it outside, so as not to disturb other customers who came to rest and disconnect. Other than that, a highly recommended place

The massage was excellent and thanks to Tatiana and Ole. The pool is quite cold, for heated (?) for my taste, the changing rooms-toilets-showers could use some care and cleaning, even on Saturday. I could not use it. Not clean and not maintained

We arrived three times for a 90-minute massage. The staff is very kind! Great service! The massage is pleasant, I would like it to be better (stronger and I also felt like they missed the sore spots...) Regarding the place itself - there is no jacuzzi, there is only a sauna. The pool is heated but it was freezing! We couldn't get in... It's probably best to come in the summer... Regarding the breakfast - an abundance and a crazy selection! Only for some reason everything is too salty... We wanted to drink all day after that... It ruined it for us a bit...

The hotel and especially the spa are under renovation. We were not told this before we paid full price. We arrived to an atmosphere of noise and drilling instead of a spa atmosphere. There was no staff member in the spa at all, we had to go back and forth, and at the reception we received classic Israeli service, she was not interested in us coming to the spa at all. The massage itself was not professional enough. We received coffee compensation after complaining. A terrible experience. I will not return

The spa complex is super beautiful and the therapists are very professional and the experience was above expectations. The relaxation room is cozy and luxurious with tea and fruit and it was an excellent experience. The only thing is the road to the complex was awkward and unclear on behalf of the hotel

I had a hot stone massage for the first time on Friday, December 12, 2025. It was a truly unusual experience, a mixed feeling of floating, sleeping, and being awake at the same time. I really enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.
