Let's start with the good - the toast at breakfast was really tasty. The rest - disappointing and clearly unprofessional. The massage therapists are aggressive, not physically, God forbid, in their speech and attitude. Right when you enter the room they rush and stress you out, the experience was not relaxing at all. More of a sergeant's check than a spa treatment. At the end I was more stressed than before. Lots of little things that accumulate and ruin the experience. A blanket without a float and at the reception they say "there is no float, the blanket is being washed", the jacuzzi in the room suddenly makes loud noises from the pipes all night I was scared. I hope the place takes the criticism to heart because we were very disappointed and it's a shame, because even if the place itself isn't the most beautiful, the attitude is what determines the experience.

The service is above expectations, courteous and fast. Issues for improvement - no windows. It is important to note this because some people cannot do without a window. And the sofas were torn in the suite.

It was terrible. The masseuse, Jackie, didn't know how to massage and work the muscles correctly, he really did everything the other way around. It took me a while and in the end I stopped the massage and told him I would explain the problem to him, but when I got to the reception he was gone and the woman at the reception wasn't that interested, she just wanted to point out that he had experience and where he studied and how long I had been getting massages. She seemed to be worried that I would ask for my money back, but I wasn't in the mood. I realized that no one wants to hear criticism and I left disappointed.

We enjoyed every moment when we arrived, everything was clean and tidy, the masseuses Jackie and Maya were simply lovely, I highly recommend them. In addition, the reception was available for us for any request at any time. And the breakfast was really excellent and delicious. They saw that we didn't call the reception to order and just called and asked if they could prepare it for us. We were really satisfied and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be back many more times and I believe we will not be disappointed.

Maya and Yana took care of me and my mother. They were professional in their approach and work. I didn't want the massage to end, it was just great. The room was cozy and there was a good atmosphere. I would just like to make a comment about the aesthetics of the room and the bathroom - I think there is room for renovation, the room is old and it shows.

It was beyond reproach. Even before we arrived, the woman at the front desk called and yelled at us because we couldn't find the place. When we entered, the place smelled like sewage, the blanket we had to cover ourselves with for the treatment was used, wet and full of oil. The massage was performed by people who were clearly not professional masseurs and the treatment was not good to say the least. A "head massage" that mainly involves combing with shampoo and applying a disproportionate amount of oil to the arms is not a massage. But - the masseurs were nice.
