Very disappointing. I made a reservation for a hotel that was closed at all and we were not even told before, and we were changed hotel only when we called the hotline of the Braun chain and they told us that we had a hotel changed. A disappointing experience. We did not even receive compensation for your mistake. I will not return to Braun hotels.

I wanted to understand what spa facilities are we talking about????? There is no spa. I booked a night for a wedding day, and planned to spend half a day at the spa... Because the "package" listed the use of spa facilities... What do you imagine? It turned out that there were no spa facilities, only a jacuzzi on the roof of the hotel, a bathtub on the roof of the hotel that was dirty and leaking something black on the sides and that was it. So we decided to go to a place where they make a mess, maybe there is something there and we were told that there is no one and nothing there. The next day when we arrived at Masj, it turned out to be a tiny room with only 2 beds and a jacuzzi. Is that what you meant to call "spa facilities?" I travel a lot around the world, I've seen things, but I've never met anything like this. At least don't call it spa facilities, write a jacuzzi on the roof because that's really all there is. Regarding massage, he also claims a very big improvement. I would call it caresses with a paste or a cool substance in a room with an air conditioner. דינה שלום, צר לנו שזו החוויה שלך ושלא מצאת את הטיפול הולם. הגעת למלון בחבילה של לינה במלון וטיפול זוגי. למלון יש חדר טיפולים ומתקני הספא כפי שהם מופעים באתר הם מתקני המלון - אין מתחם ספא ייעודי. בגג יש מיטות שיזוף, פינות ישיבה וג'קוזי חיצוני לא מקורה, הג'קוזי הינו למילוי עצמי משתי סיבות, האחת כי עלולים לעוף עלים למים ושנית על מנת שנוכל לרוקן אותו אחרי כל שימוש ולנקות את הג'קוזי. במלון יש גם גינה, לובי נעים עם מכונת קפה ותה חינם לרווחת האורחים. צוות המעסים שלנו מאד מקצועי ולרוב אנחנו מקבלים תשבוחות על איכות המסג'ים של הצוות, אך אשמח לבדוק את הנושא. בברכה, אלינור כהן מנכ"ל בראון TLV

A most pleasant place to stay including the massage room and other spaces. The service is kind. The massagers work well. At the end of the massage you can stay in the space with a glass of wine. I didn't take a meal deal. Highly recommended.

There was a mistake regarding the private jacuzzi with an additional 150, it wasted our time but the clerk at the spa corrected it and gave us a room with a private jacuzzi and extended the stay in the private room, and this is called courteous service

I ordered a spa package for my son and his wife who celebrated a birthday on 2.8.23 and it was perfect for them. They received them well. Make sure they don't miss anything. The massage was amazing but in terms of the wine/robe/shoes or jacuzzi there was none.. the jacuzzi is on the roof and was closed. As if in the end it was just a mess, so the advertisement of the coupon is misleading
