Unprofessional massage, felt like they wanted to finish quickly and not what I asked for in terms of type of massage. Strong smell of chlorine in the spa, you can't be there for a long time. We left really disappointed

Wet sauna didn't work. Water in the pool was cold and air conditioning was strong. Other than that, the food was delicious, excellent service?? Massage beyond expectations and a nice jacuzzi

We had a great time, we received wine as a birthday gift. The receptionist's service was excellent. The massage was excellent. There are things that could be improved. Wooden massage beds are impossible, they must be padded. The level of cleanliness in the pool and showers is low and the pool requires maintenance. Overall, it was fun if you don't pay attention to these things. I have been working in a hotel for many years and for me, therefore, these are important things for your attention. Thank you very much

Excellent massage. 2 good and diligent masseuses. We left a decent tip. Good breakfast. The water in the pool was a little cold but not too bad. The pool and jacuzzi need to be cleaned against mold. We had a great time and will be back.

The massage was good, the masseuses were professional, although at times I felt it was more of a caress than a massage. Overall, the complex is not large, the pool was pleasant for swimming but not heated, the jacuzzi was excellent, there were few people, there wasn't much room to get organized, a total of 2 showers and a single toilet (for the women) but renovated and new. The saunas are very nice. The towels are very old!

Very small place, not clean, no spa atmosphere, super simple room! The bed sheet and towels have a stinky smell, not clean, not worth more than 150 NIS, the treatment was normal

We booked a couples massage with breakfast, very low-level breakfast, no variety, everything was dry and didn't feel fresh. The massage was good, the jacuzzi was fine, the pool was freezing and I asked before if it was heated and they said yes. Overall, not a wow experience,

Nice, a little outdated. The steam bath is uncomfortable and high, really dangerous when leaving and entering it. Regarding the massage, unfortunately, it needs improvement.

I will criticize the massage as someone who does it 3 times a year. I was very disappointed with the massage... This is the first time they didn't treat the feet when they always do a massage on the feet too... In the past, about 3 years ago, I had a massage with you that was more successful.

It was bad! There were a lot of kids in the pool screaming, and when we asked them to be quiet, your parents started fighting with the management and the atmosphere was the complete opposite of a relaxed spa! When I complained. They said they would call me for a refund and still no one contacted me!

I would like a manager to call me urgently. The humiliation I experienced during the holiday massage was unbelievable. My mobile number is 0544644691. I am waiting for a call from the spa manager or a manager related to the spa.

I booked a room for daily use in the package, I didn't receive it. I arrived at 9 am, was told that due to a system synchronization problem it was not possible to give me a room for daily use as booked and confirmed in the package. I was not offered any alternative or compensation. I would have expected some responsibility and compensation because we just sat in the hotel for 5 wasted hours and that was not our plan. You could have given us a free breakfast for example. But none of the staff thought about it at all. Disappointing

It says heated pool, but there was a cold pool that you couldn't get into, very disappointing.

It was great. It's a shame that the hotel can't offer guests lunch, and they have to go out to the Carmel center to eat. After going out to the Carmel center, there's no point in going back to the spa complex.

The massage was okay, needs improvement. My partner liked it less, but I want to praise Shoval. She has excellent interpersonal skills and helped with everything I asked her for... she's lovely.

The treatment was not at all helpful. I froze the entire treatment! The air conditioner was at 16 degrees and the therapist refused to turn it up, claiming "there was no air." I ended up having to pee in the middle of the treatment because I was so cold. I didn't enjoy it at all.
