Massage was excellent, but there was a moldy smell in the spa, a magazine was falling apart, and so were the other facilities. Jacuzzi didn't work. Crowding and poor service in the dining room (Lanchel doesn't clean, chatterbox)

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The masseuse didn't stop talking. The entire treatment, instead of being an hour of relaxation, was full of pointless chatter. That's not what I paid for... I think that such a mess demands compensation.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing massage, probably the most disappointing we've ever had. The masseuses wore headphones, didn't communicate, didn't listen, and did everything quickly with an extreme and unnecessary amount of oil just to finish quickly. The lack of professionalism is unusually noticeable. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come.

I ordered a combined treatment. The treatment was 80% focused on the upper body as opposed to the legs. The touch was hard and less pleasant in terms of the experience, even though I commented to the therapist. The overall experience was one of the worst I've had at a spa in Israel or abroad.
