Hi, I really don't like to give such a review, but! - Very bad, unfortunately. My masseuse is not really a masseuse. She didn't ask me anything before. She was not pleasant. Unprofessional. Tired. I didn't enjoy it at all! With great sadness and I waited with bated breath. My husband's masseuse was fine according to his words and actually nice, her name was Maya. My masseuse was on point and I was also going to write about it and you got ahead of yourself by sending a feedback link. Just money that went to waste! We didn't enjoy it at all. Due to the dignity of my masseuse, I didn't get up in the middle or stop the treatment. She didn't know how to massage at all. I felt like they just smeared me with oil and that's it. Demanding a refund for half of the payment. Mine was really bad!

I booked a 60 minute treatment and after 45 minutes the therapists said they were done. When I asked if I could shower after the massage, they said only upstairs on the pool level. We've been to spas before, the spa had a shower jacuzzi and several treatment rooms so you don't rush through the treatment. It was for my husband's birthday and I must say that it was an unpleasant experience.

The nurses are cute and kind. But it's really not worth the price. No proper welcome. Toilets on another floor. Jacuzzi that was not active. I really, really do not recommend the place. Big disappointment.

The massages were good, the therapists were good. But. When we booked, they told us we could choose a treatment. No one asked us. They just treated us. We went down 20 minutes before. We filled out forms. No one told us where the treatment was. We went down and waited near the "spa", a "treatment" room in the dark. The reception was empty. Only then did they come to look for us. 7 minutes after the time the treatment was supposed to start. The room assigned for the treatments was at the back in a strange passage. The room was not heated before and I was cold for most of the treatment. So professionalism is great, but everything around is also important!
