The nurses are cute and kind. But it's really not worth the price. No proper welcome. Toilets on another floor. Jacuzzi that was not active. I really, really do not recommend the place. Big disappointment.

The treatment was excellent and the massage was professional, but the place was not clean, the atmosphere was not fun, not suitable for this hotel. Such a low standard of massage room, really disappointing. I don't think I will return to this place, I have never seen such a neglected massage room.

The massages were good, the therapists were good. But. When we booked, they told us we could choose a treatment. No one asked us. They just treated us. We went down 20 minutes before. We filled out forms. No one told us where the treatment was. We went down and waited near the "spa", a "treatment" room in the dark. The reception was empty. Only then did they come to look for us. 7 minutes after the time the treatment was supposed to start. The room assigned for the treatments was at the back in a strange passage. The room was not heated before and I was cold for most of the treatment. So professionalism is great, but everything around is also important!
