Excellent, thanks Julie, regarding my spa experience. I was given a locker near the entrance to the changing rooms and every time the door opened they saw me naked. I asked to change but they said the other inside lockers were not working. Being exposed in front of other visitors walking through the hallway was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had.

As for the staff and therapists – they were all smiling, charming and provided excellent service. The massage itself was also very professional, high-quality and efficient, and the entire place is beautiful and pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness in the showers. There is mold on the walls, and I think it is important to take care of this so that the experience is perfect and matches the high level of service you provide.

Spa receptionists: They don't know how to explain some of the treatments. In addition, there is a very serious problem with the simple bill. As part of the accommodation, we received a 20% discount. For an hour-long treatment, the clerk wanted to give a discount only on the 45-minute part and it took me a while to explain the bill to her. When the day after the reservation, after paying for an hour-long treatment, we asked to change to another massage that cost 30 NIS more before the 20% discount, we were asked to pay an additional 120 NIS. How can this be? Someone needs to give the clerks training on the types of treatments too!!! And how to calculate a price between 500 NIS and 470 NIS, you don't get a result of 120 NIS!!! Therapists: The therapists did a good job. They invested in the treatment. Paul treated my husband and tried very hard to relieve pressure on his back. I was treated by Meir, who overall did a good job. However, at some point his hand slipped under my swimsuit, which is completely unacceptable. I immediately warned him and he continued the treatment within the accepted boundaries. I recommend that therapists be reminded to maintain acceptable boundaries and not cross them.
