Disappointing at first, we closed with breakfast the day before arrival, they canceled our meal, we arrived and it was not possible to enter the spa before 12, the outdoor pool was also closed and we had nothing to do. I felt like on my wedding day, I came to celebrate at a spa day, I was looking for myself, we did not enjoy ourselves at all.

The massage was really good! Atmosphere, pastoral. The bathroom smelled like sewage - even though it was clean, the smells were terrible. And something else that ruined the experience a bit - your entry for families with small children into the complex itself (for inquiries/registration, etc.). While the service representatives at the reception are providing service, the children run around in the rest area, make noise, get on the sofas. It's unpleasant. If it says that entry is for people over 18, be careful about it.

Rich and varied breakfast, but a lot of people and quite crowded in the restaurant. Omelette stand only for people who are willing to stand in line for 20 minutes. The level of cleanliness and maintenance of the services in every area of the hotel is low. The area of the hotel itself and the landscaping are very beautiful. Good spa, I liked the sauna and the heat. Regarding the masseuse: I was lucky and fell into the hands of a girl named Faina and she was simply excellent. My wife was less lucky, she didn't enjoy it and her body ached the next day. So with the massage it's more of a lottery.

Amazing place but to improve the work of the reception team, most of them speak Arabic among themselves and are not attentive to customers, to improve and fix lockers because we changed friends three times until we found one that opened, which is really a shame for me, as well as the cleanliness of the shower and toilets.
