Hello, I am writing to you following a stay and treatment at the Herbert Samuel Jerusalem Spa and would like to file a complaint about the experience we received. We arrived today on 09/08/26 at 14:10. It should be noted that we closed the treatment this morning at 11:00 and spoke with Hadas, the spa manager, several times, not a word was said about construction or annoying noise. Throughout the treatment, there was a constant and very loud noise of construction work, including knocking and noises overhead. Instead of receiving a spa treatment that allows you to rest, relax and disconnect from your routine, we were forced to deal with unbearable noise throughout the treatment. It is important for me to emphasize that this is not a one-off noise or a short event, but noise that continued throughout the treatment and significantly damaged the experience. In fact, there was no real opportunity to relax, breathe and surrender to the treatment. When you come to the spa and pay for a relaxing and pampering experience, the most basic thing that is expected is a quiet and pleasant treatment environment. If we had known in advance that construction work was taking place on site and that this would be the experience, we certainly would not have booked the treatment at that time. Moreover, there is also the option to stay at the hotel and enjoy the spa, but due to the noise and disappointing experience, we simply could not stay there. I feel that we paid for a service that we did not actually receive, and therefore I ask for a response and appropriate compensation from you for the mental anguish and for the fact that the treatment did not provide the experience we came for. We were really pissed off. This wasn't the first time we'd been there. I'd been there before and I wanted to spoil my partner who was enlisting by taking her there because I really enjoyed it the previous time. When we arrived and were allowed to get ready in the middle of the organization, they knocked on our door and then opened it right away without answering and walked in while my partner wasn't dressed. After that experience, they gave us the service but didn't even ask us about our pain level or anything like that and we suffered a lot during the entire treatment because the therapists simply hurt us. After that, we headed towards the spa facilities in the hope that it would help us, but we were disappointed there too after seeing that there was no staff treating the area there and that the entire locker room area was wet and full of towels. In short, it was a real disappointment from the previous time I was there. I chose to take my partner so that she could relax from the army and in the end we both left nervous and not at ease and with more pain in our bodies and areas that were occupied than when we entered...

The treatment itself was truly amazing, as was the service at reception, but the overall experience - not so much. In terms of refreshments - minimal, basic minus, not pampering, even a bit boring, and it's a shame about all the disposables that were thrown away. In terms of facilities - the pool was dirty, it was very unpleasant to stay in it when a lot of children arrived and made noise and a mess. Great dry sauna. There was no hot water in the showers and the flow was not good as if it was clogged and not continuous. We were allowed to stay as long as we wanted in the spa facilities, which was nice, but the sofas were filthy. In short - not a particularly good experience, just okay.

We arrived for a 3 Sisters spa day and everything was perfect from the breakfast voucher that awaited us at reception, a varied and delicious breakfast including upside-down coffee, to meeting Dana at the spa facilities who welcomed us with a smile and an open and inviting heart. The Swedish massage was extremely pleasant. Overall, an excellent and enjoyable experience that pleasantly surprised us, of course. Thanks to Dana and the entire team at Herbert Samuel.

Wow, it was amazing. We came to celebrate my mother's birthday. The massage was great for both of us, and the spa itself is small and intimate without many people. We came in the middle of the week and really enjoyed it. I don't know what it's like on the weekend? Thank you very much. We will definitely be back!

The overall experience was disappointing. The massage did not meet the needs presented in advance, even though I requested an adjustment several times during the treatment, and in addition, the constant noise significantly damaged the spa atmosphere. Unfortunately, we left the experience dissatisfied and not with the sense of return we expected to receive.
