There is a lot of room for improvement: the level of therapists is not high, should it be improved? Is this a qualified team? During the stay, renovations of the complex took place at the same time as the visitors. The hotel staff let groups of people tour the small spa complex anyway. In the relaxation room there is no instruction to keep quiet or at least not make phone calls on speakerphone, also - poor refreshments, old nuts with an aftertaste

It was an amazing experience. A really rich and delicious breakfast. An amazing massage with lovely therapists. A small thing to improve - the jacuzzi is really small and when there are a lot of people it is almost impossible to enjoy it.

A clean, tastefully decorated hotel. We arrived at the spa. The staff is great and professional. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you for the pampering and attention for our birthday. We will undoubtedly return to celebrate there again or just to be pampered.
