Unprofessional place, you pay 500 NIS per couple for a head massage, a 45-minute massage, and after half an hour the "massage" decided to end it because I asked without touching my face, and only after I asked her to continue for the remaining 15 minutes did she do her job.. But unfortunately the experience was not professional at all. I would be happy if you would charge for only an hour and not an hour and a half. I dried my hair in an unpleasant place, without a mirror and without brushes — it's not clear how you're supposed to leave the place like that. Luckily I didn't have an appointment after, and I just went home.

The massage was wonderful, professional and enjoyable. - Many thanks to the masseuse! The manager of the place welcomed me with a warm welcome and a very kind attitude. Really charming. For improvement: I tried to check where in the mall the spa is located, but it was not possible to tell on your website, nor did the mall itself know where the location was. After an unhelpful conversation with the bot/agent, I asked for a human response and was given the phone number of the national hotline. The K.A. branch did not answer me. Only when I was given the direct mobile number of the manager of the place and after I spoke with her, the matter was handled excellently by her.

It was pleasant and pampering. The masseuse was professional and the more pleasant part of the treatment was her massage. As someone who came for the first time, I didn't think to bring a hairbrush. The hair dryer gave me a partial solution. It would be a good idea to mention this in the registration or assign single-tooth combs.
