We came to the spa for a fun day as a couple, hoping to enjoy a relaxing and shared experience – but unfortunately we were very disappointed. The massage itself was professional and good, and the general space of the place is beautifully decorated, but beyond that the overall feeling was one of great disappointment. The facilities in the spa are very poor, and there are almost no options for a shared couple's stay except for the jacuzzi. Since it was winter season, it was not possible to use the outdoor pool, which further limited the options. We also experienced discomfort in the changing rooms, which were small, not properly equipped, and without sufficient privacy. Unfortunately, in relation to the high price we paid, we expected a much higher level of experience. The value for money was simply not sufficient. We would appreciate it if you would take these things into account and consider improving the spa experience so that it is more tailored to the expectations of guests, especially couples.

The place is not prepared to receive guests who come for a spa day. The toilets and shower in front of the entrance door leave no room for privacy. The showers outside are very dark, there is no place to put things, there is no possibility to dry your hair. The spa is a small place and not prepared for cold and rainy days. We were very disappointed!

The Kadama hotel provided appalling service - from evacuees from the north we took a babysitter in particular - they forced us to take a male masseuse in the 90th minute - without giving any consideration to the price. We will not recommend and will not return there

was amazing Arriving at Kedama is like arriving at a palace in the south of Spain, something about the music in the palm trees creates a perfect disconnection atmosphere. The design of the hotel is impressive, pleasant and calm. Very helpful reception staff, Noa did her job faithfully. Both in the bar and in the lobby we received good service from our waitress and the bartender. We were taken care of for everything. Judith the masseuse was amazing. The girl at the reception of the spa with big blue eyes is super helpful. Perfect stay, made me want to spend the night there. The food was excellent and delicious in levels and quantity that is enough for 4 and not for a couple. Highly recommend!!!!

The therapist was late for treatment. We didn't get the reservation as we requested - we wanted a double room and we had to argue about it. For fifteen minutes we had to figure out how to order the food, back and forth from the pool to the lobby. For the high amount of money, expect to rest properly - maximum service and minimum hassle.
