The Kadama hotel provided appalling service - from evacuees from the north we took a babysitter in particular - they forced us to take a male masseuse in the 90th minute - without giving any consideration to the price. We will not recommend and will not return there

was amazing Arriving at Kedama is like arriving at a palace in the south of Spain, something about the music in the palm trees creates a perfect disconnection atmosphere. The design of the hotel is impressive, pleasant and calm. Very helpful reception staff, Noa did her job faithfully. Both in the bar and in the lobby we received good service from our waitress and the bartender. We were taken care of for everything. Judith the masseuse was amazing. The girl at the reception of the spa with big blue eyes is super helpful. Perfect stay, made me want to spend the night there. The food was excellent and delicious in levels and quantity that is enough for 4 and not for a couple. Highly recommend!!!!

The therapist was late for treatment. We didn't get the reservation as we requested - we wanted a double room and we had to argue about it. For fifteen minutes we had to figure out how to order the food, back and forth from the pool to the lobby. For the high amount of money, expect to rest properly - maximum service and minimum hassle.

An amazing place, the staff is very nice, the food is wow, availability from now to now really has no words, we really enjoyed it, a small deal in the deal that we did that also included lunch which was one of the tastiest and at the same time what was difficult to include the light drinks in the deal? Move something, it's just the feeling, it's perfect.

Let's start with the long lines at the reception that mingle with the other hotel guests and their families. Move the reception of the guests to the spa itself for a more relaxed start to the fun. The girls at the spa are nice. The weather was cool and moving to a cold outdoor pool, there were no other options.. The indoor pool complex is too hot and you can't be there for more than fifteen minutes. And so if it's cold outside, there's nothing to do there for a few hours. My husband's treatment was good. Mine is not. The spa manager tried to please and gave us 2 glasses of wine as a gift. But we had to get some sort of gift. not wine The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant too. But the chef must be in love because the food was salty and very thin Namalbi. The waitresses are lovely.
