    The hospitality was very good... The hotel staff was attentive and when something was needed such as a radiator, towels, toiletries, they responded immediately. The food was varied and rich and delicious, the service provided at the spa was professional and pampering. The heated pool is definitely fun in the winter. I highly recommend staying at the hotel in any season.

    The masseuse was great, the facility itself was stifling, and at the entrance to the "spa" there was a smell of chlorine mixed with another smell of rubbing alcohol. The clerk explained that they had done some preparation in the pool the day before... but it felt like getting a massage in a stuffy trailer.

    The spa is nice, Anna is really nice and pleasant. There is a huge lack of robes, it's unpleasant to finish a massage and get dressed straight away. My husband was with me in the room and really enjoyed his treatment. On the other hand, I waited for the 50 minutes to just pass, I get massages often (even during pregnancy). The therapist was not attentive, I asked again and again for a pillow for my stomach, I asked again and again to increase the intensity. I know that a pregnancy massage is not supposed to be strong, but it was at the level of disrespect, just like caressing. There was no balance, doing the right hand and skipping the left hand. 2 minutes one foot and 10 left. She didn't wash her hands when she went from feet to face!!! It was terrible. When I had to change positions I had to arrange a pillow under my knees. Why?! In short, it sucks a lot. I didn't enjoy it, quite the opposite, and I waited for it to end and not get up in the middle so as not to piss my husband off...
