    The experience was catastrophic. I did not receive treatment and they charged me. Disgraceful, terrible and humiliating treatment from Svetlana who literally told me to leave the spa. The day before the deception on the phone, and made me understand that the payment was via voucher and there was only a payment difference of 75 NIS. As far as I was concerned, robbery was committed and you charged me in an inappropriate way. Despicable and disrespectful conduct. You caused me great distress during my vacation. It's a shame that it's impossible to give you 0 stars and the minimum is one star. Your handling of the matter was also unprofessional and very one-sided and inappropriate.

    I am 29 weeks pregnant. As soon as we entered the spa, I was greeted with a smile. When I asked for a pregnancy massage, the person in charge made an effort and made sure there was a certified therapist on the day I wanted to schedule. Noya, the therapist, is very professional. From the beginning, she explained the treatment to me and occasionally asked if I was comfortable. The massage was excellent! I was able to relax and enjoy every moment.

    The hospitality was very good... The hotel staff was attentive and when something was needed such as a radiator, towels, toiletries, they responded immediately. The food was varied and rich and delicious, the service provided at the spa was professional and pampering. The heated pool is definitely fun in the winter. I highly recommend staying at the hotel in any season.

    The masseuse was great, the facility itself was stifling, and at the entrance to the "spa" there was a smell of chlorine mixed with another smell of rubbing alcohol. The clerk explained that they had done some preparation in the pool the day before... but it felt like getting a massage in a stuffy trailer.
