I visited the spa, which is undoubtedly a very beautiful place, well-invested in and designed to a high standard. It is clear that a lot of resources have been invested in it and it has tremendous potential for a quality hospitality experience. However, the treatment experience itself was disappointing. The therapist arrived for the treatment after smoking a cigarette, and the smell of smoke was noticeable throughout the session – which greatly harms the atmosphere and the sense of cleanliness and calm that is expected of such a place. In addition, she said that she was not exposed to the health questionnaire that I filled out in advance and was not informed about my treatment preferences, which indicates a lack of professional coordination and attention to basic details. Overall, this is a place with excellent potential and impressive investment, but the level of treatment and service in practice does not meet the standard expected of a spa of this level.

I made a reservation two weeks in advance for a couples massage, the form asks what the desired gender of the therapist is and we asked for two men. We were greeted by two masseuses. The massage itself was fine but the feeling was disappointing that no one even bothered to inform us that our request could not be fulfilled - so why did I waste time filling out a form before the massage if they were not considering it anyway? Beyond that, we ordered a 75-minute massage and it lasted less than 70. The massage was fine but we will definitely not return in light of the feeling of disrespectful treatment of the customer

The massage was great and strong. Missa, who made me speechless, is a strong cannonball who works wholeheartedly. We received amazing service. Ilana is also cute and a cannonball. But regarding the VIP birthday package reservation, we asked for balloons and red flowers as advertised on Instagram. I wanted the surprise to be prepared in advance for a surprise and there was nothing except fruit. After we arrived, they prepared the things. If there is no such service, don't advertise it from the beginning.

We arrived as a couple, they promised us a discount that didn't actually happen and we didn't ask for it out of discomfort, we had 2 therapists, one who was with me was perfect, the other who was with my partner didn't communicate with him at all, he felt that she didn't work the muscles at all, only the bones and he had a really bad experience, when they finished she said bye thank you while my therapist was still massaging my head, in general we asked for a Thai massage and we felt it was more Swedish. I was satisfied with the massage but I was super upset that my partner came out nervous and unhappy

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your spa complex. The treatment was excellent, and so was the accommodation. A small point to consider from a guest like you. I would expect not to see peeling walls, malfunctioning taps, and perhaps even think about replacing the shower head in the VIP room. These are things that cost negligible and can turn the experience from very good to excellent. The issues I raised did not detract from our enjoyment. This is a comment for you, and despite what I wrote, I would like to thank you for your accommodation at the Koh Phangan spa, and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you.
