First, I was not admitted at the time I was scheduled, but rather late. In the treatment room, a noisy air conditioner was running like in a factory. The massage oil was cold. Expired refreshments were served at the reception. Old cookies and walnuts taste like mold. There was neither a towel nor a dressing gown. I did not enjoy it to say the least. Just shame and disgrace.

The spa is very pleasant, courteous service, the therapists are amazing, attentive, professional. I really enjoyed it. Regarding the indoor pool, it was not heated so it was really cold, and the area is not that well maintained.

Hi, as part of the package we ordered we took into account that we would have both a jacuzzi and a sauna, when we arrived at the place we were told that the facilities could not be used because they were under renovation. It is not right that we were not told in advance and also about the fact that we paid full price even though we did not receive the full value, we would like someone to get back to us on the matter, thank you.

The spa itself looks really cute, the therapists were lovely even though it was their last hour of the shift, they did care and communicated with us really well. The pool outside is big and good and you can go directly to the sea which is really cool

We really enjoyed this place. Great breakfast, view from perfect dining room, great design, very clean escape, excellent service, only one massage therapist is not suitable for work at all (applied oil on the body while sitting on a pillow) everything else - great and we would like to go back there in the winter thank you very much!!!
