It was fine

Throughout the treatment, the therapist dealt a lot with the hot stones as if they did not heat up enough, throughout the treatment there were many dead times which were wasted and came at the expense of the massage itself. Very disappointing and disgusting! There were areas of the body, such as the shoulders (which I noted in the health restriction that I would like to focus on there) that the massage did nothing but a feeling of overlapping and without investment. I will definitely not be back again!

The massage was perfectly fine, except that it took me 4 days to make an appointment for a massage when twice they took a phone number from me at the reception to call me back because there was no answer on the phone and on Friday I had to physically go to the spa and schedule a massage.

In two words: we did not enjoy it. And more: when we entered the treatment room, it was freezing from the air conditioner even for my husband, the therapists claimed they didn't know how to turn it off, Viviana said she can't treat when it's hot. During the whole treatment my fingers turned to ice, Viviana's hands were cold and so was the body butter and by the end of the treatment I was cold. I kept asking for more force, but she only continued to caress, I told her that the shoulder blades were important to me, so she said that we would start with the legs and spent about 10 minutes only on the shoulder blades. She asked me if I wanted a scalp I said yes I would be happy, touched it for 30 seconds and moved on. Nina was professional and attentive. The hostess at the reception of the spa didn't care at all, didn't offer us a drink, we had to ask where everything was and look for the toilets, towel, pool by ourselves, and she wasn't even interested in how we were. Bummer...

The service experience was not pleasant and satisfying. It started with the fact that the clerk was not helpful, we didn't get an explanation, and when I asked questions, the response was poor. Even at the end, it felt like she was doing us a really bad favor. I left disappointed

Professional, pleasant

Breakfast was very Benoni. The price does not justify what you get, all the facilities that are supposed to be part of a pampering spa day are not active, so at least lower the price. The massage was the only thing that was good. In short, not worth the price.

The hospitality was great, we arrived at a quiet and calm place, good smell, pleasant atmosphere and there was even quality coffee. I gave the grade 4 because I asked for a combined massage and added a fee but I didn't feel that the massage was strong enough even though I asked twice from the therapist. Yes, the treatment was overall good, but not as I requested. Hopefully if I come back again I will get what I paid for
