The massage was excellent - thank you to the dear Olga and Noa regarding the breakfast issue - very disappointed with the treatment and the meal. My friend and I paid an extra 100 NIS each for breakfast with the vouchers we purchased and received one breakfast for two. I am still waiting for Alon to get back to me with answers.

The therapist was excellent!!! Humane - asked a few times if everything was okay.. worked really well!! The breakfast was also excellent with a cute and friendly waitress! The only thing that was less good was the room where the treatment was - it was cold!!! And a window that let in a lot of light!! And that ruined the experience of the treatment!! What a shame!!

The treatment itself was excellent. The only problem was at the reception. I scheduled a treatment at 11:00 and arrived about 12 minutes before I was supposed to pay and get in, but I had to wait with other people for someone to come to the reception and everything was delayed, but other than that, it's a great place with top-notch therapists.

The massage from both therapists was great, we really enjoyed it. There was one thing that was disturbing, the noise from the training room, we heard the music and it was disturbing. I am hearing impaired and I heard the music of the class when I was without hearing aids, meaning the music was loud. Other than that, the massage was great.

The masseuses, Linda and Nidma Lee, Omar, saved the situation, they were really good. Breakfast was good, everything else felt like we were in a market, all the conditions around really spoiled the atmosphere, one big market. There are no robes, no waiting room in front, no drinking and snack area as was stated in the voucher. The room and the entire complex in general are very cold and not pleasant at all to walk around there. The general atmosphere is really disgusting.
