One of the Thai masseuses used a wooden hammer like this and it was really unpleasant and very aggressive. Since yesterday my neck has been really tight and I can't move it, really disappointing.

The massage itself was excellent, your attitude as a spa company was bad, it doesn't make sense that you don't get towels/robes, there's no waiting area, no drinks, no cookies, a glass of water wasn't offered to us, we paid 100 NIS more for Friday and there was no return for it, not even entry to the pool, nothing. We also called to tell you and there was simply a disclaimer of responsibility, paying such an expensive amount and getting a massage.

Shocking!!!! We arrived at the couch towards the end of the treatment. While the masseuse was massaging me, she was talking on the phone while she was doing it! At the entrance to the treatment, the therapist ate and drank a Doritos snack with a shocking smell, which also affected the smell of her hands during the massage. An unpleasant experience to say the least.

We arrived at the hotel, went straight down to the spa. We asked where the spa was and were greeted with an unpleasant explanation. We went back up to the reception, were greeted by the lovely Mor and we explained our feelings to her. She made inquiries. After that, we went down to the spa again and again experienced unpleasant treatment. The treatment itself was excellent. I wouldn't define the spa as a spa, it's just two beds on the lowest floor without any decor or anything that defines a spa. Bottom line, the spa is not inviting and unfortunately we won't be back again.

One of the disappointing things I did, let's start with the fact that it's not a spa, you should say in advance that it's a room with a massage bed. How difficult it is to provide a glass of water or a bottle of water for someone getting a massage. Very disappointing and not worth the price.

The massage was excellent, the therapists were excellent, and it was only because of them that I left 3 stars. The place is less inviting. Waiting in the hallway between rooms, hot and without air conditioning, I wouldn't call the place a spa! In fact, a regular room that has been converted into a massage room. There's not even water in the waiting room, and everyone who passes by has to pass through the hallway where they wait, and even after you finish, the person waiting for the next turn waits in front of the room, which is a bit embarrassing. I've paid a similar price for a couples massage in the past and received much higher facilities.

One thickening was excellent, the other was okay. Except for the massages which were good, everything else did not meet expectations and the price. We had no sunbeds at the pool, no pool apartments, no disposable underwear, the toilets were dirty, the lighting in the treatment room was blinding. A very disappointing package

The massage was nice, the attitude around it was less than professional in our opinion. First, there was a delay of about 15 minutes that we only found out about 2 minutes before the scheduled time. Second, the room did not feel clean and had a strange smell.

Hey, let's start with the positives - the therapists were excellent and we even got a tip. But.....and this is a big, huge but!! There was nothing like a spa here!!! And that's why we were very disappointed. We had been waiting on the first floor at the entrance to the hotel's spa since five o'clock. After they didn't answer the door, I went up to the room to get my cell phone and realized that they were looking for us. Only then, without any warning or explanation, did it turn out that there was no spa. Or maybe they offered the next day...? The treatments were good but without any atmosphere. Just a bed in the middle of the room. With the TV on. Without even being offered a glass of cold water..... (and we were early and rushed to get there from the far north). In general - we were really disappointed. Too bad.

We booked a couples treatment and the booking process with Adam was excellent. My wife's treatment was fine, but my treatment was poor. The therapist was unprofessional. I doubt she knew how to massage at all. There were several times I had to stop her during the treatment because of unpleasant contact, for example scratching my scalp with her nails for a long time, or suddenly applying strong pressure to my knee, even though I had told her at the beginning of the process not to touch it because of an injury. I also recommend replacing the massage material, which felt like cheap Vaseline, was very difficult to remove from the body, and only came off after two showers.
