We scheduled a spa appointment for August 15, but there was actually no room. I scheduled a time to relax and on Friday at 8 am I received a response and we agreed to move it to the following week. We arrived at the spa on August 22. We started with breakfast at the adjacent cafe as part of the package I purchased. It was nothing less than perfect! Then we moved on to a massage. We had a male masseuse and a female masseuse who were nothing less than perfect!!! Professional, pleasant, just a wow experience!! The entire stay at the complex was amazing, professional and very pampering!! After the massage, we moved on to enjoy the sauna and hot tub. As soon as we left, hot and pampering tea was waiting for us along with treats and 2 glasses of champagne. After the sauna, we moved on to a professional and perfect pedicure. In short, the best experience we've had in a while, worth every shekel!! Royal treatment! We will definitely be back again!!

Great place, really really good service, they take care of everything. Points for improvement, put on continuous music and not the kind that stops because of commercials. It ruins the experience a little (there were 4 of them during the hour).
