Hi, the massage was perfect. There is no bad word to say. The masseuses were lovely. I asked for a fruit platter instead of a cheese platter. When I got there, I got a cheese platter. The platter was relatively old. The crackers were dry, the grapes were tasteless, and the cheeses didn't look fresh. The jacuzzi had frozen water and we wasted 5 minutes of our time draining the water and putting in hot water. Other than that, the rest of the place and the employees were fine!

The hot stone treatment was amazing, really great. You can see that you thought about the little things. I liked the head and face treatment less. The treatment itself was pleasant, but the water jet was barely on the head. Most of the treatment was on the neck, and it was not pleasant, even weighing on the neck. Both my mother and I felt that there was very little time for the water jet in the hair itself. Overall, the experience was excellent. Both treatments were excellent, and the masseuses themselves were amazing.

The caregivers were excellent! The overall experience is disappointing. There was no quiet area! People were talking on their cell phones and/or listening to voicemails in public… There was no staff member enforcing the quiet and well-being of the guest. We left quickly to experience “quiet.” We didn’t get shoes at first… We didn’t get a towel…. The overall experience was unfortunately really, really bad.

The treatment itself was excellent, the place was a bit crowded in a way that affected the "relaxation" experience. Lots of people in the locker rooms and the break room, many were also talking loudly on the phone.

I was with the amazing Monique, a magical experience, Monique is sensitive and attentive to the patient's body. The spa is amazing. It was amazing! Yuri and Vera are masseurs with divine grace! The best I have encountered. The spa is spotless and maintained to a very high standard. Breathtaking view. Pleasant facilities before and after the treatment. The private jacuzzi is perfect - not to be missed by anyone looking for an intimate and pleasant experience. There were some not so pleasant things like the lack of nannies because I asked for 2 nannies but that was not possible at all. We took a room with a bath for half an hour - the jacuzzi was dirty with hair and it took us fifteen minutes just to adjust the cold water in it to the desired temperature. It was very noisy around due to renovations and in general it did not feel very peaceful.

The truth is that my partner really liked the treatment. I didn't really think that maybe there was something wrong with me at first, but when I entered the sauna, I heard another girl talking about the same therapist who had not done her any good, and she has been to your sauna several times, so I calmed down and realized that the problem was with him and not with me. Apart from the main thing, it was amazing, good service, amazing attitude, professionalism. I'm sure there are some who did and some who didn't. I fell for the wrong one.
