The massage was excellent, the staff was very nice. The only problem was the high prices at the pool bar, really excessive prices. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was amazing!!! The whole experience was great. One drawback - there are not enough lockers for guests. We had to put our bag next to the secretary. And as for the showers, the water was really, really boiling to the point where it was impossible to take a normal shower (in the shower mode). Other than that, it was great, wonderful!!!! We will definitely be back

The spa complex itself is very well-maintained and the receptionist is very nice, but unfortunately I personally did not enjoy the massage, probably because the therapist was not professional enough. The toilets and showers are very crowded, which caused a big mess when there were several women at the same time, to the point that I left without finishing getting ready. I expected a hotel that markets itself as a luxury hotel to pay attention to the smallest details, but unfortunately it was not like that, the hotel did not exude luxury. Overall, we enjoyed it and it was nice. I will not go back again!!

The jacuzzi is falling apart, the mosaic in it is literally peeling and could cut your body, the pump was dangerous, required treatment. In addition, the drain in the shower was clogged and it was impossible to control the heat of the water, either burning or too cold. The massage was excellent.

The massage was perfect, the breakfast was very good. The men's showers are small and crowded, the smell is unpleasant, in stark contrast to the smells of hotel spas. It would be nice if there was coffee and milk at the drinking station.

The message itself was excellent (5 stars), breakfast (4.5), the facilities I paid for in the package (3) since the pool is indoor and there is no sun and the jacuzzi outside is too hot and you can't stay in it for more than a few minutes, so I wouldn't take the package with a second thought, but only the massage itself??

Our second time at the stunning Canaan Spa, but this time the massage was simply bad and hurt me and it wasn't a pleasant massage at all, but it depends on the masseuse... Overall, the hotel and spa are perfect.

We arrived as a couple for a spa day and from the welcome, explanations and introductions we realized that this was a different place than what we know. Dganit, the spa manager, is simply stunning, as are all the other employees. We went in for breakfast and it was just wow. The abundance, cleanliness and service that we have not encountered anywhere else. Then we moved on to a massage which was perfect and there is no need to add words about the other facilities - the pool, the sauna, the outdoor jacuzzi and everything else and we were even treated to a bottle of wine. The place is perfect!! We enjoyed it very much!! Highly recommend?

I booked a fun day for my husband's birthday :) We really, really enjoyed it - a lovely spa, full of relaxing corners - everything is clean and sweet - my husband had a massage that he really enjoyed - I enjoyed the well-maintained pool and the sun loungers outside - the most fun is the wonderful quiet! We enjoyed every moment, thank you very much!
