We arrived at the spa at 10:25 and were told that breakfast was over even though we had paid for it, and we would not be informed in advance of its hours. After that we asked for a locker to put our things in and they didn't give it to us on the grounds that it was only for hotel residents and not for those who came for a fun day. Really sucks

The breakfast was really rich and tasty, a wide variety of fresh and delicious foods of all kinds for all the target audience. Excellent and courteous service. As far as the pool is concerned, it is semi-covered, which is an advantage for those looking to be in the sun and for those looking to avoid exposure to the sun. The water is a bit cool but after a short swim - definitely pleasant and fun, in addition there is a gym and a sauna. All in all a very nice experience (:

All in all, a good Torah for the price. The breakfast was good and rich. The service was just fine. The pool was pleasant as well as its surroundings. The only thing that needs improvement is the showers in the men's bathroom.

Spaplus is horrible! I booked a spa and the hotel told me that they canceled the reservation because they didn't have any slots. It was my wife's birthday and this was disappointing on her happiest day of the year. Spaplus did not even inform us that the reservation was canceled or there was no booking in the first place. No apologies. No compensation. Definitely don't book through spa plus.
