It was a very perfect treatment. The therapist Lior scored a goal for me. He was gentle and did exactly what I asked for. An experience like no other. I will definitely schedule another appointment.

We really enjoyed a couples treatment at the spa. The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and relaxed. The masseuse was very professional! We would love to return

The spa is terribly dirty, the showers and toilets are filthy. There is no soothing spa music, the treatment room is cold and the masseuse sprays the massage oil as if I were an omelet, the oil is frozen and bounced me several times. The water in the pool is cold. There are no hot drinks or refreshments in the spa, like everywhere else. The lockers are in a room that looks like a storage room for the place and there is dirt everywhere, brooms and garbage collection near the lockers (which also don't close properly). In short, we had less fun and unfortunately we won't be back.

The jacuzzi was dirty and we didn't use it even though we paid for it. The massage was short because we were delayed due to traffic jams in Jerusalem and there was no consideration.

Reasonable breakfast. I didn't enjoy it at all. Just not tasty. It's a shame there aren't basic amenities in the spa. I asked for a robe, they told me I wasn't eligible, I asked to pay for a robe, they told me they didn't have any. I asked for a locker, I was also told no. The showers are dirty and not maintained to a terrible standard. I won't recommend and won't return to this place.

We arrived at the spa at 10:25 and were told that breakfast was over even though we had paid for it, and we would not be informed in advance of its hours. After that we asked for a locker to put our things in and they didn't give it to us on the grounds that it was only for hotel residents and not for those who came for a fun day. Really sucks

The breakfast was really rich and tasty, a wide variety of fresh and delicious foods of all kinds for all the target audience. Excellent and courteous service. As far as the pool is concerned, it is semi-covered, which is an advantage for those looking to be in the sun and for those looking to avoid exposure to the sun. The water is a bit cool but after a short swim - definitely pleasant and fun, in addition there is a gym and a sauna. All in all a very nice experience (:
