We arrived with a lot of expectations and unfortunately we were disappointed. First of all, the massage was excellent! Excellent! Very professional. The therapist was kind and pleasant. And for that, thank you. The sauna was great and so was the breakfast. We were very disappointed with the jacuzzi. We were unable to turn it on and when we called the guy said he would come to treat us but he didn't come. In any case, the jacuzzi was very dirty. Full of grease, insects and especially murky. It feels like it hasn't been maintained. It's a shame because we waited to get in and it ruined the experience for us a bit. In addition, we expected a higher level from the spa. There is no pool (we knew there wouldn't be one) but the splash pool is very disappointing. If we hadn't had the massage, we would have left the place after half an hour.

The massage was great, we enjoyed it, the receptionist was kind, but it's important for us to note a few annoying and unpleasant things. We arrived and were told that the jacuzzi was out of order, and after an hour they said it was fine. It was dirty and the water was green. The changing rooms were not clean at all, and beyond that, we had to move changing rooms because there was no hot water in the one we entered. This is not our first time with you, but this time was a big disappointment, too bad!!
