The message before arrival stated "there are flip-flops" and there were none. We also took bathrobes last. There is no service at the reception at all. Hamuda was sitting at the computer and could not tell us where to go, what to do without flip-flops. We left the room without paying and no one noticed. If we hadn't come back to pay, they wouldn't have cared. There is no service at all. As soon as we looked in the basket for dirty clothes, there was a lot of dirt there

Hi, we were with you last Saturday, we received a voucher in honor of my husband's birthday from our family. I must praise the masseuses - the massage was pleasant and we enjoyed it very much. On the other hand, I must say that it is a shame that there is no one at the spa reception on Saturdays. We arrived for the first time and nothing was clear. The girl at the gym reception was the only one we saw and unfortunately I must say that she was not very helpful or clear. We were told that a voucher had been ordered for us with A. Boker, she said she was checking (until she even addressed us) and finally didn't bother to answer us back until we left the place. In addition, she called about an hour after we left to say that we didn't leave money (her mistake, which we clarified in a phone call) but because she was very rude from the start, this phone call ended up being even more annoying.
