The spa is very beautiful and cozy, clean and well maintained. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. My wife really enjoyed the massage and left very satisfied. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like I had come for the massage, it seemed like the masseuse was tired and nearing the end of her shift.

The hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is excellent and of a really high standard, the spa is good, but I was told on the phone that I could pay in my own time, and when I arrived, the manager dismissed the option outright without explaining himself. There was constant drilling noises, which really disturbed the atmosphere and ruined the fun of the massage. The massages were good. We took a room with an oil bath that you can't lock without a key, and we paid 400 shekels for it. The price is very, very expensive, and parking at the hotel is also very expensive. After the spa discount, we paid 100 shekels. In the end, it was good, but very expensive and needs improvement in what I mentioned. I won't go back there again.
