It was terrible. The worst massage I've ever had in my life. I paid an extra 80 NIS for a double room and we were at the reception and it was extremely noisy, there was a white light from the TV during the massage, it was bad. And even later when we complained (us and 3 other people!!) the manager Sima treated us in a disgraceful, disrespectful and simply disgusting way. We will never go back there and our story with them is not over yet. Horrible!

We had a wonderful experience, starting with the secretarial staff at the entrance, who were smiling, pleasant and incredibly helpful, then the wonderful massages with the excellent Yaron and Arthur!!!! The water in the jacuzzi was not very hot - not good for me. In the boys' and girls' showers in the aisles there was water on the floor, we almost slipped completely. The massages were very good. The waiting area for the therapists was noisy and not quiet in preparation for the treatment. The breakfast was excellent. Maybe in the summer when the outdoor pool opens and across the sea I will order again

Professional masseuses, excellent service. The problem is the population in the hotel and the overcrowding in the spa complex. People are rude, hold the facilities for a long time, are noisy. The experience beyond the massage was not particularly pleasant.

We booked a couple's massage... my wife's therapist was bad, unprofessional, unpleasant massage, disco atmosphere in the room. Lack of consideration for the patient, which was expressed - for example - by turning on the full light at the end of the treatment... and much more. Yesterday I visited the hotel spa and the experience was simply excellent. The staff was professional, courteous and attentive, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the treatment itself was of a very high standard. I enjoyed every moment and left feeling relaxed and truly pampered. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend it to others.

The massage was good, the facilities are very disappointing, outdated, not maintained to a reasonable standard, not pleasant to stay in the pool or jacuzzi. Towels are small and not suitable for body towels. Apologies, but I don't think I'll be back.

The pool is not heated at all and there is a small jacuzzi that many people squeeze into because the water there is hot and it is also very old and the parts of the filter or strainer, I'm not sure about that, are scattered there. In addition, there was a malfunction in the wet sauna. My massage was really okay and the friend who was with me had a really bad massage. In short, I will not return to this place again. It does not reflect the price in any way :(

I received an excellent pregnancy massage by a therapist named Angelica who was attentive and professional. The atmosphere in the spa itself was less pleasant, lots of people and employees in the reception area, noisy guests in the waiting area, untidy locker rooms - it felt a bit crowded compared to other spa hotels.
