We had a great time, thank you very much and happy new year!

The attitude at the reception at the spa was cool and unclear, the massage was fine. We did not receive the wine that was supposed to arrive. The breakfast at the hotel was of a very low standard and the water in the pool is frozen, certainly not heated.

World horror!!!! Just shocking, they told me that up to the age of 3 is free and when I came they said up to the age of 2, the massage was really unpleasant, the whole massage pressed on my body and I felt my body being crushed on the bed

Very disappointed, I arrived on a fun day with breakfast for my wife's birthday, we arrived under time pressure because there were crazy traffic jams because it was raining, in the order it was written for me 11:00 and at the spa they told me that the appointment is at 10:45 and you also have to arrive 15 minutes before the treatment, needless to say that I didn't have time to eat breakfast and the whole day was disappointing, the water in the hot tub was not hot at all, my wife did not enjoy her birthday, in short, very disappointing, I would appreciate your consideration on the matter

I was really looking forward to taking my husband to this spa for his 40th birthday. I was disappointed with the experience: 1. The bathrooms are quite dated, with little care for dust and cleanliness 2. I prepaid for a couples room, and was not given one 3. I specifically ordered a male therapist for him - which was not adhered to 4. The treatment room and spa smelled heavily of mildew. Specifically the rooms themselves. This ruined the treatment completely. 5. I had to ask for the wine, and it came in plastic cups. The overall experience was not one of relaxation and luxury by any means. I will not be rebooking this

Not recommended at all! The spa must be renovated, the indoor pool is really cold, no one even brought us a robe, the massage is not professional, in short I do not recommend it at all, a shame for every shekel

The oil in the massage was cold and not heated, the lighting was very high and there was no atmosphere. The massage was reasonable, nothing special.

It was a lot of fun! The massage was very nice, I really enjoyed the facilities and the massage.. I'm already waiting for the next time I come again..

Hello, I purchased a double package for my parents who were celebrating 50 years of marriage, my father was very upset that the masseuse was a man, he asked the spa employee to change to a therapist and there was no response from her to help, she ended up telling him that this is what is written in the order, since I ordered then he had no idea , my father turned to the manager, who I realized did not come to meet him at all, as a result he had to give up the massage, my parents are elderly people who I don't think should have found a solution for them, but no one tried to help, really central

Very good massage, excellent service, the refreshments are very poor and a bit warm at the reception. Other than that I will definitely be back!!

When we arrived at the spa, they forgot to give us the voucher for breakfast, and they didn't let us enter the dining room, which required a short trip back to the spa. The breakfast itself was fine, but nothing more than that.

My girlfriend and I decided to have a fun day and just had a blast! Warm and kind service, with a smile and lots of treats! Just a team of champions we felt like princesses

Not at all what I felt

For my wife, the treatment that corresponds to a Swedish massage at 12:00 started 10 minutes late, even after contacting the secretary about it. The massage was soft as if it was just applied by rubbing oil on the body without pressing and releasing tight muscles. It's a real shame. Last time we were there it was really great and professional.
