I was really disappointed! Hello, I was looking for a spa online to surprise my partner with a massage with a pool and sauna, and I booked a place and paid and received a message on WhatsApp that I could come and use the facilities too! They told me what time I wanted I could come and use and I have messages I saved it, I came with swimsuits and suddenly they tell me the pool is closed!! I asked a thousand questions and found out before I came because I would like to surprise my partner and it was a gift for his birthday and what a shame we didn't use the facilities because everything is a closed man! I came before my massage by 3 hours I just missed my time and sat just waiting for the massage and paid 630 shekels just for a 40 minute massage! I could have gone to the village to get a massage for this price without using the pool and sauna and jacuzzi! I came to the boutique because I also wanted to use the facilities! And whoever she received me was Russian, she didn't know how to speak Hebrew. I asked her who the manager was. She called the girl. I spoke to her on the phone. She told me that she would get back to me tomorrow with an answer that I was receiving a compensation voucher. And she didn't get back to me either! And she told me that I booked through an agent, not through me, and not through a hotel!! Sorry, what does this have to do with it? I don't know Otek and I don't know the boutique. I found it on the Internet. I ask that you take care of my case. Thank you.

We received a notice the day before arrival and a warning that the pool was closed midweek. The massage was excellent. Really poor maintenance. No soaps in the shower, we came back with oily body and hair. Smell of sewage in the showers. Dead bugs in the treatment room and showers (I have pictures and videos of everything if you are interested) I also told the reception when we left and she responded - I will update the housekeeping staff. Disappointment in short.

We arrived as a mother and daughter for a massage and spa in the middle of the war, so the hotel was empty, the pool was closed (this was written in advance, this is not a surprise) and despite the situation, there was a cute receptionist and two good masseuses, Dafna and Daria. In July, the sauna is less attractive, but we went in a bit. The place is clean, quiet, and has a relaxing atmosphere Parking of the train next to the elevator.
