It was an amazing, pampering and experiential massage, the intensity of the therapist's treatment was accurate and she knew exactly how sensitive to massage the therapist was kind, smiling, welcoming, simply charming ???????? I've had a massage in many places, I've never encountered a situation where I don't get at least a robe and I have to put clothes in the locker and move to a treatment room, how is this possible? Do you pass with underwear? There was no shampoo or soap in the shower, the container was empty, you discover it in the middle of a shower. The massage was barely 35 minutes, a 45 minute massage is guaranteed. What opinion do you expect to receive with such a service? Unfortunately, I will advise my friends not to come to you.

I got a beginner masseuse, he didn't know what to do and the truth is that as soon as he left the room I cried out of frustration. I paid NIS 220, good money, to get an amateur massage. The massage was very weak - even after I asked three times to increase the strength. In the back area he massaged the sides - where they don't cover because it's a very sensitive area, when I asked him not to do it there he moved to the shoulders and didn't continue from there. My friend in the other room also received a massage on her head and the front part of her body, I didn't get the pleasure. The masseuse had some kind of fondness for shaking her hands during the massage, this also made me extremely uncomfortable. And during the massage he made comments like "You get clicks every time I touch you" and "I dropped a drop of cream on your hair right here but it's not harmful". The masseuse as a person is really sweet, and I'm sure he doesn't deserve such a bad review, but his massage is very amateurish. I told the hotel the same. I would be happy for compensation. In the end I spent NIS 220 on an amateur massage. From the understanding that he is a new masseuse in the field, I will not go out of my way, from the understanding that nothing will be done maliciously here. But it must be taken into account as a business that if you employ someone without experience, you also have to take responsibility for him when he falters at first. I came with my daughter for her birthday to give her a good experience. But unfortunately she had a difficult experience. The woman who gave her the massage was completely unprofessional, didn't give her a massage at all, just applied a lot of oil on her body mainly. A broken expectation of an expensive royal spa and not a normal massage - prepare the hammam in advance while we waited half an hour, allow a discount for the parking lot, offer champagne, chocolates, bathrobes, shampoo in the showers, separate lockers (I couldn't get to the locker because someone was taking a shower) and most importantly an emphasis on massage back and not focusing on hands and feet. All in a good spirit and from streamlining suggestions for improvement. We will be happy to compensate

In the massage the oil was like butter. instead of heated liquid oil. There was no scent diffuser during the massage. The massage didn't hurt but didn't feel pleasurable either. Was like a massage by a child and not a professional. I was disappointed with the content and the location. There is no parking. There is no private intimate meal for the place. But outside the hotel was crowded. In the coffee corner there was no coffee, only tea, there was no milk either. There were apples and cookies and dried fruit which was really good. We are customers of the hotel and we have always left satisfied. This time we came to the dear me and my husband for a massage one after the other. Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience. The massage was very painful, almost without oil. Most of the time with the elbows, there were unpleasant stretches. Nice with oil in my mouth. I do a massage in a different style. He suggested that we extend the massage for an hour at the beginning, which takes up payment in retrospect. It was a real shame and unnecessary because we didn't enjoy it at all. He told my husband that he divorced his wife and shared it instead that my husband would enjoy the massage calmly, only suffering and he didn't like waking him up, even me. I complained and that it really hurt, he laughed and said, listen, Israel, take a deep breath, he really ignored my experience. I suffered every moment, I didn't get a rehabilitative or therapeutic massage, my husband and I arrived on Valentine's Day to experience a pampering massage and we both left disappointed, and we added money in retrospect because we didn't know what the type of treatment would be, unfortunately we won't be back again
