The room was in the worst condition, like the hostel, it was a dirty room, a terrible shower, an uncomfortable bed, it's a shame because the hotel staff was fine, the massage and the spa complex were excellent. With minimal investment in the rooms it could be a very good hotel.

The therapist didn't offer me any treatment options. She just said she was doing a medical massage, which I had no idea what she meant. I wanted a deep tissue massage. Not what I got.

Unfortunately, our experience at the spa was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations of a professional and relaxing treatment. My partner received a massage from a therapist who worked with latex gloves, which greatly impaired the sense of touch, created significant discomfort, and took the entire experience out of the context of a relaxing massage. This was not something that was mentioned in advance, and if it had been said, we would have asked to avoid it. Furthermore, the room where the treatment took place was very cold, which further impaired her ability to relax, to the point that all she wanted was for the treatment to be over. The Turkish bath area itself was also cold – the air, the surfaces, and the marble – which created an unpleasant and uninviting feeling, very far from what is expected of a spa and a Turkish bath in particular. In the end, we left with an unpleasant experience, a lack of attention to basic details, and a general feeling of neglect. It's a shame, because these are things that can and should be paid attention to, especially in a place that claims to offer calm, warmth, and treatment. It should also be noted that the second therapist who treated me was very professional, pleasant, and attentive to the treatment wishes I wanted.

The spa is small and mediocre. Basic and unkempt design. The sauna is good. Both dry and wet. The masseuse Ludmila is very mediocre. A waste of time. On the other hand, the masseuse Yaki did an excellent job on my partner.

The therapist is very nice but the treatment itself is mediocre. In addition, we didn't just get a towel...very disappointing. We were expecting slippers and a robe. The air conditioner didn't work in the treatment room and it was very cold. We were a little disappointed.
