It was nice.. but needs some improvements. In the private jacuzzi room there was a smell of mold, a huge stain of dampness on the ceiling and also the jacuzzi was very weak, and it sucks that we had to pay an extra NIS 150 for it and we didn't really enjoy it. We left there maybe after 10 minutes. The massage was good but even there the volume of the music in the room needs to be improved, it was rude on my part.. and the masseuse constantly talks to me during the treatment and in a loud voice and not in a whisper that disturbs the other partner.

Michael the therapist was professional, one of the best massages I've had. Strongly recommends. The pool and hot tub area on the beach was not clean, there were not enough sun loungers to sit on.

Hi, my name is dear Yassi, on 10/8 I was at your place for the treatment of my wife Ayelet Yassi and we booked a place for 16:00 at the spa since we arrived we heard a lot of people complaining about spa massagers who didn't have such a bad experience we will not be treated and we said there must have been a specific case with you and that it was our turn for the conference from the beginning I understood It's not like a 17-year-old boy is giving me a massage and my wife is a girl. Every massage will not be a simple massage. My wife is pregnant and she didn't even get a pillow for her stomach to be comfortable during the massage. The bed I was lying on was really uncomfortable. A wooden board and a really low sponge. I just wanted the massage to end. In conclusion, it won't come back. There forever and we just threw money in the trash

The spa facilities are mediocre and very outdated. Low value for money. The "drinking corner" is a Tami 4 facility and a few Tionyons. Every spa has a corner with tea infusions and fresh cookies. In the pool there is no bar but a kiosk with some cans. There is no hot drink at breakfast. Improper showers. The head of the rain didn't work at all. Unclean toilets.

It was unfortunately really disappointing and not good. I ordered a treatment for 75 minutes. After 45 minutes the nurse informed me that this is it because this is what I ordered. I tried to explain to her that there was another 30 minutes. I didn't like it. came out I got up to get dressed. She came back angry and said there was another 15 minutes and I ordered 60 and not 75. We continued when she was angry and it was embarrassing. After 15 minutes she came out and said that's it. I got up to get dressed. Came back and said there was a mistake and it's 75 minutes. We came back for another 15 minutes. During most of the treatment she looked at the clock and was really restless which completely ruined the massage. Of course I won't come to you again and I won't order through your website.

When we arrived at the lobby of the hotel, there were police and MDA, at first we didn't understand what was going on, then when we got to the floor of the spa, which included the pool, we saw police officers on the pool deck having a conversation with one of the bathers, the experience had already started well. To our delight, the treatment was excellent and very relaxing. But We didn't receive robes and didn't enter the treatment environment properly, but were led straight away with our clothes and bags to the treatment room. After the treatment, we entered the pool when the whole area was filthy with dirt, seeds on the floor and drinking glasses scattered everywhere. We didn't enter the water at all because we really didn't feel like going in. In this way. In conclusion, apart from the treatment in the treatment room which was excellent, the whole atmosphere around was on the face. I will never come to this place again

I ordered 2 couple massages for the same time at 11:00, one of the orders was approved by the hotel and one order was not approved. You didn't inform me that the order was not confirmed at all, I just got there and it was not pleasant for all my girlfriends for whom I ordered a massage!

The experience was great. We celebrated my partner's birthday. We started with the hotel/spa breakfast which was excellent, delicious food, a large selection of vegetables, eggs, breads, regular and special pastries. Then we were in Masaz, they gave us robes to wear and arrive ready to go to bed. The room was clean, tidy and a pleasant atmosphere. is with a therapist who gave us a great massage and we both left more satisfied.

The double massage deal was done in a common room. You should clarify this in the order. 2. The massage was cute and caressing and completely unprofessional. 3. The pool is mass and uninviting. We did not enter. 4. The locker cells are not clear. Why are they numbered if numbering has no meaning. I did not find the locker number and gave up. Could have made it clear to the receptionist that you could choose any locker you wanted and not let me decipher the riddle. In conclusion, definitely not worth the price and certainly not a return visit.
