The treatment was good, after which we received a voucher for Tiberias bread. Not only did we have to move, we arrived at a neglected, dirty place with the main, large pool inside the building closed. We glanced around and left the place disappointed. This is not what we expected from this day. In the end, we paid 540 NIS just for the treatment and did not enjoy any extras except a bottle of water.

We arrived at the spa, great breakfast at the hotel, good spa facilities. 2 therapists who did a good massage and a private jacuzzi with wine, the only downside was that they didn't bring chocolate as stated in the original order.

I booked for my parents so this is their experience: the jacuzzi in the private room is stuffy and small, but overall a nice place

The massage was excellent, the food was nice, there wasn't a big selection either in the morning or at lunch. The private jacuzzi was a big disappointment because they didn't see it in the reservation so we waited for it to be turned on for us and when they turned it on it had a foul smell of sulfur and we ran away from there. Overall, not nice anymore

My wife and I arrived on Saturday, and the next morning at a quarter to seven, drilling began. On the floor above us, renovations began, dismantling all the rooms and renovating from the foundation. Drilling was also done in the lobby, and there was an abnormal noise that reached the 9th floor. It was impossible to sit in the room. Then they moved us to the 6th floor. He said it was quieter there. At first, there was a very weak noise, and then the abnormal drilling started again. It simply made your ears pop. How can you drill when people come to rest and want peace? Even when I booked the room a week before, they didn't inform me that they were doing any renovations. If I had known, I wouldn't have closed it at all. I just wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday properly, and that didn't work out either. I went to complain that it couldn't be done that way. He said, "What can I do, it's what it is," but he compensated me with lunch and changed my room to the 6th floor. It's worth it if they changed it because it was impossible to even sit there. The lobby of the floor itself was also noisy from the drilling.
