We arrived today for a couples treatment. It's important for me to note that the masseuses were amazing! Attentive and professional, but everything around was borderline horrible. No one approached us while we waited. There was a delay in entering the treatment (of course we were given the full time). Throughout the treatment, there was a very loud drum sound that even the spa's music couldn't overcome, and it really had a negative impact on the whole experience.

The massage was excellent, the masseuse and masseuse were amazing and nice and we have no complaints. The reception on the other hand was not very good and we had to convince the person there to accept a coupon, even though we were told in advance and explicitly that we could come and redeem it. Also, the website does not indicate, when booking, that the pool closes at 5:00 PM and unfortunately we booked a massage for 4:00 PM. In addition, it said that there were additional services that were not offered to us. We would have returned ten more times for the wonderful massages, but we will never return to the hotel itself.

The massage was excellent! But... we had to vacate the room quickly so that they could fix it for those coming after us, and in retrospect it turned out that we couldn't shower in the room. We're not hotel guests and we wanted to go down to eat and only then go to the pool. Where were we supposed to shower? Even though the massage was excellent, it ruined the overall experience.
