I had a facial treatment which was a waste of time, the therapist was on mobile for most of the treatment, she hardly massaged the head or face. Just applying some creams is not worth the money and time. The heated pool was closed for personal care while the other pool is covered and frozen.

The spa itself gets a 5 rating because it was excellent and the staff is charming and professional. The disappointment was from the breakfast we sat outside on the balcony and there was a terrible smell all over the balcony. Like a dirty rag. And there was no attempt to ventilate her. Breakfast was relatively poor. But the staff itself is excellent.

I would like to say thank you that there is an option to order a package through you, but you are not up to date on the massages and prices of the spa that I attended, for example you have it listed that a massage can be done during pregnancy week 16-36 but at the actual place (Nia) they do not do massage for pregnant women in any week. Another thing that is not synchronized regarding a free place in the massages, you have a free place at Nia's is not free, we should have listened that there was a group at the same time we booked and we had to move an hour .. which was not suitable. After I closed a package with you, I had to receive a call from you every day about a change we were going to make. And one last thing, the human response takes a lot of time, we are customers, we pay a lot of money (it is true that it is discounted, and for that I said thank you very much) but I chose to order through you. We were there for my birthday, on a day with pleasant weather but too cool for a normal pool, the heated pool was occupied and closed for private water treatment, so apart from the sauna we had nothing to do there.. We arrived following recommendations over an hour away and it was very disappointing. The massages were fine.. not beyond.. we won't come back again and probably won't recommend.. the place looks very nice and so does the hotel..
