Hello, in your advertisement you wrote that it includes a pool, jacuzzi, etc. According to the clerk, this was discontinued two weeks ago and we were not told this when booking, so this is a customer deception. It is my wife's birthday and so we were very disappointed. I did not insist so as not to spoil this day. If I had been aware of this, I would not have booked with you. Other than that, the staff is nice.

The masseuses 10. The service at the reception 10. The heated pool is spacious and pleasant. For improvement: The additional 50 NIS per person on Fridays is a bit excessive because you never come to the spa alone. So this additional expense is excessive in our opinion. Also, the room with the lockers is cramped and there is no privacy to get dressed properly. Other than that, the hospitality experience is pleasant and good. This is not the first time and certainly not the last time we will be there. Thank you very much.

After we booked an hour-long treatment, they made a mistake and assigned us a 45-minute treatment. It's true that we received a refund, but that's not interesting. Lack of professionalism in handling the reservation. The people and the attitude are excellent. It's a shame that it turned out like this, especially for a wedding anniversary.

It was a horrible day!!! Disrespectful attitude from the staff (except for the massages), there was no advance notice that the outdoor pool was closed, and you have to pay for chairs at the beach, shame on you, if there was a minus rating I would have given it. We just paid money that went to waste, and we just ran away from there. (I do not recommend anyone to go to the spa at this hotel).
