It was a pleasant stay at the spa, the staff was courteous and the therapists were very professional. Robes and towels were not provided immediately but only after our request. There was a lack of soap and shampoo in the showers, and the shower head did not work. The condition of the showers in the spa in general needs to be improved because they are outdated.

I arrived with my two daughters and two daughters-in-law for a fun day and it was indeed fun. Carmit welcomed us and made sure we were satisfied. The masseuses were excellent. Professional and nice. And during the booking phase, Yelena and Talia were patient and very nice. Thank you all very much. I will definitely recommend you.

The secretary/manager was amazing and helpful. All the facilities were at our disposal. It's great that there is an option for a gym. The dry sauna was great. Good communication. There was a lack of signage to find the spa inside the hotel. The entire physical space needs serious maintenance/renovation. The floor in the outdoor pool is crumbling. I saw a screw there by the pool on the floor. The clock in the dry sauna doesn't work. There are boiling water dripping from the ceiling in the wet sauna. The bench is also broken. It's great that there is no extra charge for a double room for a double massage! However, the therapists saved on oil, and the music kept changing and getting stuck a lot.

My girls had a great time on this fun day, they said the massage was perfect, the experience could have been even better if there had been the option of kosher food as part of the overall package. In any case, the girls had a great time.

It was simply shocking. A disgusting hotel with a private room with a bathtub that didn't work, they didn't give us any oils. Champagne that costs 10 shekels. Simply disrespectful. We won't be back in our lives.
