It was an excellent massage and a very pleasant stay. There were no cookies or even a bagel for tea or coffee. People are always hungrier at the spa and a small snack would have added a lot.

The treatment was weak and even when I told the therapist to do it in the area I requested, she didn't really listen. Unprofessional treatment. My husband wasn't happy either, and it was his birthday. Not to mention the poor quality of the showers and the pool, which wasn't heated. The pool outside is an old hotel and not maintained. It was an unpleasant experience at all. We were very upset and of course we won't be back. 900 shekels per couple and not being satisfied is very disappointing. The outdoor pool is so frozen that you can't get in. And the sad thing is that the pool water is mixed with sea water and salt. In short, everything is bad there.

The food is not that tasty, they made me very dry omelets, and not at all indulgent. As it was written. I didn't like my massage, it really hurt and scratched my back with my nails, the second time they did it for 40 minutes, better than the first time but I still had back pain and a headache because of the first massage. Not worth the money. And it was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband and he was really not happy. We probably won't come again.

It was perfect! The girls at the reception are smiling and cheerful. The spa is well-kept and pleasant. The indoor pool right inside the spa is wonderful and almost private. Spending time in the pool was nice and quiet. The massages were excellent, there were 3 of us. We haven't enjoyed a massage this much in a long time. I will definitely come again and I will also recommend it. Great!

The spa staff is lovely but the hotel is dilapidated and uninviting and does not justify the surrounding services. Like the outdoor pool. The locker rooms need urgent renovation. We paid a lot of money for a fun day when in fact, apart from the massage, we did not receive anything in return. Even breakfast would have been better to just order what we wanted and pay regardless of the spa. And the parking fee in general broke records, which is a shame.
