We came to get a massage and relax, but the noise from the indoor swimming pool was unbearable. Apparently, there was a group of Superfarmers there who screamed and screamed until we thought there was a terrorist attack. For 880 NIS, I expected a different experience.

Disappointing facial massage at the level of unprofessional therapists. Both my friend and I felt that we came for a caressing corner and not a massage. We asked several times for them to do it harder and they didn't. I go regularly for massages and it wasn't professional at all. Disappointing to pay 500 shekels for a massage and get it. And we asked for separate rooms and got a room together. We arrived on time and were only allowed into the room at 3:05 PM. And only at 3:10 PM did they start the massage and finished at 4:00 PM and we paid for an hour! Simply disappointing.

The spa was lovely and spacious, excellent and pleasant service at the reception and a therapist named Sergey was a super professional, experienced and pleasant masseuse at a high level combined with chiropractic. Clean and tidy locker room. It is worth adding towels to the indoor pool. A high-quality spa is highly recommended!

It was a really nice experience, the massage was pleasant and professional, the receptionist was super nice and helpful, overall the pool was nice but it could do with some cleaning. We would have been happy to swim in pool water rather than sea water. The bathrooms are quite old and need renovation.

A truly lovely place. We had a couples massage. My husband and I. My husband's massage was amazing. My massage was a little less so. I asked for the massage to be a little more intense and I received caresses. If I wanted caresses, I wouldn't have paid 1000 NIS.

The treatment was excellent, pleasant and relaxing and we both enjoyed it very much. The spa and reception staff were also lovely. The only thing that was strange to us was that the breakfast we ordered cost 180 NIS per couple, while in the restaurant itself, for anyone who comes independently, the dish costs 174 NIS, so it didn't give the impression of who knows what - I recommend checking with the restaurant in the future so that other couples don't experience this.

Good morning, yesterday we visited your spa. We celebrated my partner's birthday. The massage was excellent. We hoped we would also enjoy the other facilities, but the pool outside was frozen and could not be enjoyed, so it is not clear why we were charged extra. In addition, the water in the shower was not hot and it was unpleasant to shower. In the end, we stayed for an hour and left and did not enjoy ourselves as much as we had hoped.
