Disappointing.. It was freezing, there was no heating at all in the spa complex or in the massage rooms. We were freezing and just wanted to get away. The pool was not heated enough. The jacuzzi was closed and not active. The cleaning was at a low level. They didn't even give us slippers. I'm used to them always giving us slippers, so we didn't bring them with us. We had to walk around barefoot. The lockers are in a small space, some of them don't lock, and there's no room to move there to get dressed and get organized. In short, there won't be a second time there..

The spa itself and the facilities are really good, but we were disappointed that they decided to do renovations on the day we arrived. During the massage, there was a really annoying drilling noise that quite interfered with reaching a state of relaxation and pleasure. There was also no water for several hours, so we couldn't drink from the water dispenser, and even the shower ran out of water while we were showering, and we had to finish the shower with a weak trickle of water.

I was disappointed. They didn't inform me that breakfast was until 10, so I didn't get breakfast and the pool wasn't heated and the massage was half-and-half.

The massage was good, as were the saunas and the pool.. Breakfast was reasonable and nothing more.. The problem was that the spa was under renovation and there were no lockers to put our things, and they had to be on us and it was not so convenient to walk everywhere with bags.. The jacuzzi was not in use and it really frustrated us and there is only one changing room for women.. It's a shame they don't list the broken things in the proposed place, so people will calculate whether to come or not and there will be transparency with the customer.

This is not my first time at the hotel, and as far as the massage is concerned – my mother and I are very satisfied and happy. But the cleanliness – I was very disappointed. The robe I was given at the beginning was dirty, and I had to change it. The pool was dirty, the toilets were not clean either, and there was no soap or shampoo. In previous times there was always everything we needed – we had a hard time without storage rooms

Initially, a spa day with breakfast was booked. The hotel serves meals until 10 a.m., so the massage was booked for 11:30 a.m. I received a call that the massage was only available at 10 a.m., so I had to cancel breakfast. When I arrived at the spa, the treatment was not welcoming and I did not receive slippers as listed and had to walk barefoot in the facilities (pool, etc.). There were also no towels in the pool area. An unpleasant experience.

Very good. But there are a few things 1) The jacuzzi needs to be fixed, it doesn't work at all 2) The planks in the dry sauna need to be fixed. 3) The hall needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise, in terms of price and quality, it's a very good place.
