The massage was excellent, we received excellent and courteous service. We were disappointed with the pool, we were told that it is a heated pool and we even paid an additional fee for entering the pool but in reality the water is cold and the pool is not properly heated.

The meal in the dining room is delicious and with excellent service, the pool is beautiful with vip service, escort to the sunbeds and the bed covers, everything is shiny and inviting, the spa with in-room dining, so pampering and clean, treats throughout the stay, of creams, a bag and even coffee with cakes that are especially worth it. One of the therapists gave a very weak and simple massage (for example putting her head on my forehead for minutes or moving my foot from left to right) and it didn't feel like a massage, when my wife reminded her that she was doing really weak or only pressing and she also wanted a massage like What the second caregiver is doing, she was rude to my wife that she was interfering with her work and claimed that she has been in the field for 20 years and that she also teaches the profession. When we explained this to the hotel's spa department there was complete opacity, they defended the therapist and refused to give a real solution.
