The worst massage I've ever received... The spa facilities are really enjoyable, but the massage itself was unpleasant, the therapist was impatient and didn't change the painful and unpleasant massage even when I asked. I suffered a lot... I don't recommend it at all

My husband and I have been visiting the spa regularly since January 2024 (coming about every month and a half). Unfortunately, on our last visit we experienced a series of glitches that made the hospitality very disappointing: Timeliness: The therapist was late and the treatment started with a 15-minute delay. Treatment order management: Without coordinating with us, the treatment order was changed (massage before sauna). From past experience, this order does not suit us, but we were not given the opportunity to change it once we arrived. Room conditions: The room was very cold and the therapist started the treatment with cold hands. Even after turning on a heating sheet, the room remained cold and the atmosphere was not pleasant. Equipment and privacy: The robes we received were very small and completely transparent. For a person who is 185 cm tall, the robe did not provide minimal coverage, which was very embarrassing in the presence of other people in the complex. Facilities (salt bath): The water in the bath was only lukewarm, and the area smelled strongly of dampness and mold. After 20 minutes, we had to leave because it was not possible to enjoy our stay. Service and response: When we finished using the bath, there was no staff member available to talk to, so we left without being able to reflect on the situation. It is worth noting that this is the second time in a row that there has been a malfunction in the bath (on the previous visit on 4/23, the water was completely cold). Although I contacted customer service on WhatsApp and was promised treatment, the only response I received after weeks of waiting was a suggestion to go to the bath separately - an unreasonable solution for customers who come for the full experience. As loyal customers who return to you again and again, we have never left with such a feeling. We expect a much higher level of service and maintenance.

It was really great. But an invoice was only received for 100 NIS instead of a receipt invoice for a payment of 700 NIS???? Requesting a receipt invoice for 700 NIS as paid.

The therapist was cute and charming. I arrived 10 minutes late and she quickly let me in for treatment. The massage was good, but I have to share my experience with the insiders and I didn't want to leave you with a public review. My whole experience was strange. I arrived at the spa - to relax and be pampered - I arranged with the organizer that I would start with Swedish, do the pool and sauna, and then a Japanese head treatment - in fact, the therapist was pressed for time and I started explaining to her that I needed a sauna, etc. Then I entered the sauna without any explanations and without anything, she put a jug of water in it for me and that was it. The same goes for the pool, they opened the door for me and told me that was it. I didn't understand what to do - I felt so alone.. Even the tea didn't look inviting. I was disgusted by this kettle and the cookie was disgusting.. In general, you can say that the treatments were good but there was no atmosphere. The doors remained open during the treatment, I heard people talking - I'm not sure I'll come back and recommend it just because of the atmosphere...

They probably forgot to register the treatment. We arrived and there was no one to receive us for 20 minutes. Then they wanted to put us in a cold sauna, claiming it would warm up... After a total of 30 minutes of a really strange and unpleasant experience, we left. To their credit, although they didn't apologize, they did refund the payment. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Hello, in a conversation with the receptionist, I was promised a heated saltwater pool, in addition to a massage. When we asked to enter, the floor was full of water. The water in the pool was not hot. The pool pillows were broken. The receptionist left and there was no one to talk to. I would appreciate it if you would get back to me.

The massage was excellent, the sauna was great, as was the salt pool. What was annoying was that I waited about 20 minutes after the sauna because I didn't know where the pool was and there was no one to guide me. Overall, I give it a high score. Thank you.

The massage was excellent and the hospitality was pleasant, the place was clean and tidy. The sauna was excellent and private, but floating in the water was a bit of a disappointment because you can't really float, the pillow was torn and didn't keep your head out of the water and the current was too strong and didn't allow for calm floating. The water was too hot and the pool was too small and too shallow, not suitable for lying down and felt unhygienic. That's all, we had a great time, worth the money. Thank you very much!
