I came with Ishta for a massage. The masseuses were very professional. Before the massage they asked if there were any areas that hurt that we should focus on more, if there were certain areas that needed to be done more gently. They also asked during the treatment if everything was okay. An amazing experience, we will definitely be back again!

As I already mentioned to one of the receptionists, the request was originally for Katya, at the time I asked her for her personal number, but thanks to her honesty she asked me to book her treatments exclusively through the hotel (because I reached her through the hotel). So, the day before yesterday I booked the long treatment through the hotel (an hour and a half - 400 NIS) solely because it was Katya (otherwise I wouldn't have come to the hotel at all..) Promises aside, reality aside - I arrived and got a therapist who doesn't speak Hebrew and with all due respect to her, very cute, but there's nothing I can do, she's not Katya and not even close to it.. I told the receptionist everything of course and received as "compensation" a 10% discount on the next treatment (embarrassing as hell.. shame on you). Needless to say, I won't be getting back to you and you'll see the review and rating on Google.

I paid for a spa + massage. But there is no real spa. There is just a very mediocre seating area with tea and coffee. Spa means spa. Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, etc. But none of them existed on site. The massage itself and the massage rooms were okay

The place is beautiful, cozy, good music, a pampering coffee and tea station with extensive options! The masseuse Svetlana was pleasant, sensitive, worked on the areas I requested, and was very pampered in the 45 minutes that were there. I was also greeted pleasantly at the reception.
