The massage was fine with heated beds. But there is no jacuzzi. The breakfast was relatively reasonable for a Saturday meal (they are kosher)

It would have been nice if they asked people to take the phones at the entrance. There were a lot of Israelis (classic...) who had to tell their troubles on speaker phone. Kind of ruined the experience.

The girls who did the massage were great (Rona and Lissa) but the waiting room was noisy and the locker rooms were full which made the whole experience very impersonal and part of the waiting was unpleasant (especially with the expensive price we paid)

The massages were excellent, my partner and I had a great time, the massage rooms are really clean and pleasant, as well as the cloakrooms and the waiting room. And the service is excellent in the dining room at the spa and at the pool!! Really recommended!

I'm a regular customer of David's but this time they disappointed me, they gave me a combined massage even though I ordered a classic and I didn't enjoy it at all, there was no response from the clerks when I told them about it, I didn't feel like they cared and they didn't even want to bring me a locker for my things just fifteen minutes before the treatment which doesn't usually happen . Confused

Terrible experience. I coordinated a massage in advance for 2:00 p.m., arriving at 9 a.m. for breakfast...I was told that there is no reservation and no coordination with the spa for treatments. That means my husband and I don't have a massage for today. I should mention that we have a wedding anniversary and it is a day that was planned in advance, when I have a schedule with small children and we had to finish and leave at 3:30 p.m. I didn't have an arrangement for the children and everything was stressful, luckily the spa staff was lovely and managed to find a creative solution for the spa at 4 p.m. Such an irrelevant hour for us.
