Spa without a jacuzzi, closed and stuffy, no light in the sauna. Worn robes, no Molton Brown according to what is written on the website. One therapist was not attentive to my requests regarding the massage. They were not the usual kind. In short, we will not return. We also bought a voucher that includes breakfast and were told to arrive only at 2 pm at the spa, so it was not clear and it was really disappointing to miss it. In relation to the price, really, really low value. We will not return

It was really amazing!!!!! Second time in the same place and there is no doubt that I will be back! From the first moment they welcomed us at the spa to the thoughtful and varied breakfast!!! The massage was a dream, professional at the highest level and the masseuse is also lovely, and the pool is perfect!!! The food at the pool is shocking and the prices are crazy, beyond that everything was amazing!!!!

The massage was perfect, good smell everywhere and professional people, the only thing that bothered me a bit is that they don't have enough lockers for the number of people who come for the massage and it happens every time I go there. There is always discomfort at the entrance when asking for a normal locker to put your belongings and the women at the reception always say they don't have enough for everyone and it's pretty fucked up to pay 600 shekels for a massage and you don't have a place to put your bag haha... other than that but it's really fun there

There was a power outage: the food was cold, there was no light in the spa downstairs, we went up and down the stairs, we were limited to being in the pool until 14 because this policy started exactly on 1.8. I would ask for compensation, but I don't have the strength to deal with bureaucracy.
