I had my transport to Dead Sea/Ein Geddi canceled unexpectedly. I had an unpleasant experience with the driver and was unable to contact the spa as they open at 10 am and there was no answer. No one followed up with me to see why I didn't arrive. I lost the money I paid and no one is willing to actually talk to me at all. Very disappointing customer service and definitely will not recommend. Also, I book specific treatment and then got a phone call a day before to tell me they actually don't have it available and what they did have to offer was more expensive, no offer of a discount for the inconvenience.

The place and the spa are amazing in their beauty. The staff is very pleasant, the massage was amazing and in general we really liked the place. I ordered including a meal for a couple which was enough and we also couldn't eat everything. It was also amazing how the goats come to the pond where we were to drink water. Really amazing nature. Highly recommended!

The masseuse was unprofessional, I didn't enjoy her touch, I was mostly uncomfortable, her phone vibrated on my head for at least 6 long calls that she didn't hang up on and then I asked to be silent and even after that he continued, a few minutes towards the end he grabbed my shoulder and I told her and then she She just ignored me and said that I would get up slowly and left the room, it's just not worth the money I paid for a massage, luckily the place was pleasant and the experience was good

The place itself is very beautiful, the salty pool is really heated and pleasant. The pool outside is heated to about 29 degrees but it was not enough for the cold outside (we were in January). The wet sauna is really good and the changing rooms are also clean and tidy.
