In a phone call on Monday, I heard a different excuse for the cancellation. The charge went down. We are now forced to wait for a financial credit in the hope that it will arrive. The place was not clean and not pleasant at all. There was a very, very strong smell of biof in the water. There was mold in the shower and almost in the whole room. Dust everywhere and not clean at all. The word cleanliness and they do not go together. The place is a thousand light years away from being fine. The air conditioner did not work. They filled our jacuzzi with cold water instead of warm and we found out about it only after the massage...after trying to drain and refill with hot water we realized that we wouldn't have enough and thus the room facilities were not used (not even the shower) and we left about 25 minutes before time. After talking to Miri, we asked her to consider the price due to the fact that we only received the massage that was ordered (which was amazing by the way) and she told us that after talking to the manager, we would be reduced by about NIS 50. Finally, after another conversation, it was decided to drop only about NIS 100. Less fair and we probably won't be back again.
