The complex is very small and there is no privacy.. the massage was good but we quickly left because we did not enjoy the complex itself, snacks were promised and served in a very poor and unattractive amount.. there was an unpleasant smell in the complex and we felt that there was no value for our money at all

Hi, I would like to share with you the disappointing experience I had during my stay at Panina Spa in Carmel on October 15-16, and ask for compensation for the unpleasantness. 1. Jacuzzi room: When we entered the jacuzzi room, the employees and their friends left right at the entrance. In the room itself there is a window adjacent to the table on which those people were sitting, which greatly disturbed the atmosphere of privacy and comfort. We were only there for about 10 minutes, even though I paid for the stay. 2. Accommodation hours and the complex: I was told that the complex will close at 21:00 for the guests, but in practice it does not close. The workers and other people were sitting there, shouting, talking loudly and singing songs. It really doesn't fit a spa meant to relax, but felt more like a members club. I came to the spa to rest and relax, but it was far from that. 3. Leaving the room: I was supposed to leave the room at 11:00, but at 07:00 cleaning began in the complex, and the noises were so loud that they woke me up from my sleep. Even during the night there were noises that disturbed my sleep, so in practice I had to stay up late and also wake up very early due to the noise. Birthday Invitation: I invited my wife to celebrate her birthday, and we were really disappointed with the overall experience. Our expectations were completely different, and we experienced discomfort throughout the entire stay. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I am seeking compensation for any emotional distress caused to me during the stay. Thanks in advance for the reference, you were kind.

שלום הייתם תודה על הפידבק. מתחם הספא איננו פרטי. יש עוד אנשים המגיעים לספא. הספא ביום חמישי נסגר בשעה 22:00 ולא היו אורחים או אנשי צוות במתחם לאחר מכן. תחילת הניקיון בבוקר במתחם היא לא לפני השעה 8:00 ונעשית בשקט. שעת הצ'ק אאוט היא 11:00 ועזבתם את החדר בשעה 10:15. מברור שנעשה מול המארחת שעבדה גם בערב וגם בבוקר - לשאלתה, נהניתם מאוד מהעיסוי ובכלל יצאתם מחויכים ומרוצים. למה לא נאמר דבר בזמן השהייה? בכל מקרה אנו לוקחים את הביקורת לתשומת ליבנו כדי להשתפר בעתיד.

The package is very expensive! The massage was fun, but after that you get a room with a jacuzzi, in a room that is not pampering at all, very cold! They give a plate of cookies and 2 glasses of water... there is only one chair and 2 worn towels in the room, there is nothing to do in a room like this for more than 20 minutes? The package cost 980, we were there for two hours and it was very pleasant

תודה רבה על הפידבק. החבילה שהזמנתם היא לעיסוי של 60 דק' + ג'קוזי 30 דק' עם 2 כוסות יין ועוגיות + ארוחת בוקר זוגית. חדר הג'קוזי מיועד ל 30 דק' (החדר ממוזג ואפשר לכבות את המזגן) יש גם ג'קוזי וסאונה בחצר לשימוש חופשי עם פינת קפה ופינות מרגוע. ההערה על המגבות נלקחה לתשומת ליבנו - תודה. פרטי החבילה ומחירה ידועים מראש.

The truth is that we were very disappointed. The fact that for breakfast you have to go all the way to Cafe Mandarin in the center of Carmel it really sucks and for us it really goes against the point of coming and being completely calm and at ease. The massages were at a very, very low level. The complex is very small and crowded. So much so that during the massage, every time my partner's masseuse had to pass, she really rubbed against me. From there we continued to the private jacuzzi. The room looks like the cheapest bathroom there is. The faucets are full of green. A very uninviting room and certainly does not inspire a romantic atmosphere. The hot tub itself was filled with an unreasonable amount of foam which made everything less pleasant. We received wine and a plate of cookies that felt like they had been in the air for some time. In short, if they charge almost 1000 NIS, the place, the conditions and the product should justify it. We probably won't be back.
