The experience was good but not beyond that. The room was relatively small, the massage therapists made us feel uncomfortable and it felt like they finished the treatment in less than 50 minutes as we requested (we didn't check but it felt like it didn't take long) even though we paid more money for it. In addition, we felt that there was no uniformity in the treatment for both of us. My partner's therapist didn't spend much time on his back, stopped a lot during the treatment and turned him a lot before me. Therefore, he felt that less was invested in him. In addition, the jacuzzi came out full of black dirt even though we turned it on several times to try to see if we could still get in, and in the end we didn't get in because of that. In addition, there were no bubbles as they should, and the shower also smelled bad like sewage.

We got two masseuses, the one from Maya (maybe) was great for my partner and I got a masseuse who didn't communicate with me at all and I barely felt any contact. The massage beds were uncomfortable and very old. The massage was not good. It was a surprise for my husband's birthday and he left with back pain in the middle of the massage. They started filling the jacuzzi, which disturbed the quiet of the massage. The water in the jacuzzi was boiling and it was impossible to get into the jacuzzi. When we tried to fill the jacuzzi with cold water, the water tap stopped working. Something very strange. We were unable to get into the jacuzzi because it was boiling. Breakfast was served on the bed. It was very uncomfortable to eat breakfast on the bed. This was a surprise for my husband's birthday and we left very, very disappointed. I feel like a considerable amount of money was taken from me and I did not receive anything in return.

The caregivers are cute, but there was one caregiver who hurt my friend and she didn't feel comfortable telling her.
