We booked a couples treatment and a stay in a Japanese bath for my wife's birthday. Everything was great until the therapists arrived. One was excellent who was on my back (husband), but the other therapist who was on my wife - just rubbed, the massage was for an hour - and half of the time she simply didn't work. She stroked my wife's toe for over 10 minutes, and was probably busy with something else. In addition, we started the treatment together, and her therapist simply stopped about 15 minutes early. In addition, her touch was not pleasant. My wife asked for medium strength, and she started very hard, and then just stroked, barely doing a massage. It's a shame - because from my side everything was perfect. We would be happy to be compensated or have another date so that my wife - the real joy - can enjoy it as much as I wanted her to enjoy it. It really does matter who gives you a massage in this place, it turns out, and it was probably the end of the day and the therapist simply wasn't there.... We would be happy for a personal response and consideration of the issue. Thank you

I went with my mom for her birthday, she got an unprofessional therapist unfortunately. For her it wasn't therapy more like petting. My therapist did understand relatively what she was doing.

My masseuse was unprofessional, clumsy, with no experience in massage, didn't know how to approach the massage at all, wasn't symmetrical, the facial massage was on the face... I was really, really pissed off. This isn't the first time I've been to your place and I've always had fun. This time I really suffered. I gave my girlfriend a massage at your place and I told her not to come... I don't even know the name of the masseuse because she didn't introduce herself...
